I have been using noda bark and board for a few months now for my pups for both boarding and daycare and love it. Our first board booking had a pretty serious error occur and the owner addressed and corrected the issue quickly and professionally, mistakes can happen so it was nice to see they care and were happy to resolve the issue and didn't minimize my concerns. Since then I've boarded my dogs there several other times with no issue and lovely experiences. My pups are always happy and safe and it's nice to have somewhere I feel that way about for them. There's fancier places that look bigger, but don't look past this place. There's a reason their waitlist is several months long. My dog is EXHAUSTED when he gets in the car and that never happens at the other day care facilities in Charlotte. He also loves being there. He recognizes when we are in the neighborhood and rushes me out of the car. I've been with them for several years and two dogs, I've never had a bad experience when it comes to my dog. Customer service has been interesting from the front desk since the last time I had a dog there, but all other staff is always incredibly friendly and I fell like they truly know my dog. read more

What kind of place that "cares" about dogs has breed restrictions? My dog who is so friendly and extremely good with other pups got denied off the bat simply for being a pit bull. I used to feel guilty when I'd be gone from the house all day and would need to find a solution for letting my dog out. Now, I feel guilty when I don't have to work all day and she stays home because that is how much she loves this place! The staff here are VERY dog knowledgeable and pay special attention to each pup that walks through the doors. Dogs are put into groups based on their size and interaction levels and get tons of play time both indoors and outdoors. My dog is a rescue with "men issues" and they made an effort to have the female staff members handle her so she'd be comfortable and they keep a special eye on her for that reason. If you walk into Noda Bark and Board during a busy pick up/drop off hour, you will think you're watching air traffic control at its best. They are extremely efficient getting the dogs in/out, know each dog by name, and you can tell all of the dogs love it there! I feel very comfortable with this place and I'm sure my dog would love it if I could bring her every day! read more

Love this place! Staffed with true dog lovers who seem to deeply care about each and every dog. I have a very skiddish dog and they take amazing care of her- she truly loves going there. Best daycare/boarding facility around! They treat your four-legged children like their own. I always get nervous leaving my dogs, but they never miss a beat. We usually go to daycare once a month or so, so that the dogs aren't only going there to be left for a long weekend of boarding or whatever our trip away from them may be. I like to call ahead when I am boarding them, just to be safe, but getting in has never been a problem. They can even administer your dog's medicine like pros! Great place! We bring our dogs to day care about 4 days a week and board there whenever we head out of town. B'n'B offers nice play facilities and individual condos when boarding. The staff genuinely care about our dogs and when we run into staff members at the dog park or events around town they are always as excited to see our dogs as our dogs are to see them! Also, one of our dogs has pretty bad separation anxiety - even she can't resist leaving us for the chance to go to bark and board! read more

I've been bringing my pup, Cooper, to Noda Bark and Board for years. About 6 months ago I decided to move over to another daycare that was more convenient on my way to work. The experience was VERY different and really made me appreciate how awesome Noda Bark and Board is. I came back here because Cooper is so much happier. I'd say I love this place, but it's more appropriate to say my pup loves this place! She's excited when she gets there in the morning and is a tired pup when I pick her up in the evening. The staff are great, some days pics are posted to their facebook of all the doggies playing and I always get an update of how Amber ran around playing all day and it shows when she passes out within 2 minutes of getting home. So glad this is such a convenient option for us living in the area. read more

I dropped off my 5 month old puppy for his 2nd time at doggie day care, and received a call 3 hours later that said they "think" another dog (not sure which) bit his shoulder. After 5 stitches/staples, antibiotics and pain meds, the story changed to "maybe it was the fence". The employees who were supposed to be watching, have no idea what happened and "heard a yelp" and turned around to find my puppy bleeding. Whether it was an aggressive dog or a jagged fence, I expect my puppy to play in a supervised and safe environment. Zero stars! read more

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here for the past 10 years. Noda Bark and Board is the best place for doggy daycare and boarding. Both of my dogs are now older and one is very special needs. They take excellent care of my dogs and administer all necessary meds. They always tell me about their day and any updates I would need to know. Plus they come home tired and feeling loved. My dog, Zuzu loves NoDa Bark and Board! The staff is friendly, and I love that occasionally they take pictures of the dogs enjoying themselves and playing. They are open 7am-7pm which is AWESOME for me because sometimes I work later than 5 and its tough to get over there.
