My dog is not the easiest when it comes to grooming--he's anxious, stubborn, and usually won't let anyone near him with clippers. I've tried multiple places before with no success... until now. The owner is incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. She took the time to earn my dog's trust instead of rushing the process, and that made all the difference. For the first time ever, he actually allowed a full haircut--and came out looking fantastic. After a bad experience with PetSmart, i called on a Friday afternoon to see if they had any openings this weekend (not expecting much, being it's the weekend before Christmas) and Amber asked me if i was okay leaving them with her for a long time. This is the first time that I can remember our dog actually being happy when I picked him up from the groomer. He is typically very nervous and difficult to deal with at the groomer but she handled him really well and has a lot of experience!
