Rick the manager couldn't be more helpful when you ask questions, or about certain products. He is kind, friendly and truly loves animals. Tabitha, is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She also truly loves animals. Their staff at registers are always pleasant, asking if you need help getting your purchases to your vehicles. We shop here regularly for our two dogs. Store vibe is great, they have a nail bar for pets, self service dog wash, and a bulletin board for lost pets, pets looking for homes, etc. read more

I love this store!!! They have wonderful employees working there if they don't know the answer they really go out of their way to find out or get back to you when they find out. There hasn't been a time that I've gone that they are more than happy to help me carry something out being it's too heavy for me to lift & put in my car. If they weren't that kind I would have to buy probably 3 or 4 smaller bags of dog food to the big one. Which would be a lot more expensive. In other Pet Stores, you would be lucky to find an employee anywhere to help you (except, of course, at the counter). the people are nice and the store is clean but NEVER EVER BUY FISH. they don't tell you all the fish have ick and will hurt your whole tank. the fish all are sick and your unable to return once you know. Also in the goldfish tank there is floating dead fish and all tank looks dirty. they should label that the fish have disease or FIX THE PROBLEM. would never get fish here. read more

The store has a ton of variety of dog food, treats, toys, shampoos, healthcare products, you name it. The staff are always helpful and are very polite ! ( Imagine that in a retail store!) The store is always well stocked and super clean. I enjoy going there for purchases and my dog likes it too! They also have a pet self wash area but bring your own towels. read more

I've been going here for years and I have to start by saying that the cashiers are great! Always friendly and helpful. The manager, Tabitha, however always acts as if customers bother her (or she's afraid she'll break a nail). She never smiles or talks-just grunts. One cashier had to call her up from the back and she took her time, making us both wait about 10 minutes and never said a word about what kept her. Then, she had the gall to (falsely) criticize the nice, helpful cashier right in front of me! I think PetSmart will be my GoTo for a while. read more

Been a regular customer here since it came to Langhorne. This is a place where every employee really cares about pets and you as a customer. You are greeted by every employee that passes you and they all offer assistance helping you locate anything you need. They are knowledgable about their inventory and pets. They have a very large selection of cat food, many varieties of many brands. The prices match other big box retailers and pet stores but the knowledge and service beat them all. read more

The Good: coupons, convenient, super clean, well stocked, huge selection of dog food, the manager is very friendly and helpful, they offer to carry your dog food bag to your car. The Bad: They insist on calling another person to the register to carry a bag of dog food to your car, even after you tell them... I got it. Today, when the carry person did not show up, the cashier stalled by drawing all over my receipt and explaining it to me. Then she grabbed the dog food bag & physically leaned on it when I started to pick it up to leave. I could have been home in that time. Also, I pulled the 28 lb bag off of the shelf, carried it to the register and I held it as I waited in line. Please let me carry my dog food purchase to my car! This store is much smaller then a Petsmart but offers very good variety. They had Wellness brand cat food on sale for a 1/3 of the regular price. I ordered 2 cases. They did not call me when it came in but when I picked it up they did honor the sale price. I will definitely monitor their sales! read more

I am not pleased with how they take care of the fish. I went in to get 2 fish and the one bad had a little hole in the bag and the girl that helped us (who had super long nails) asked if she can just put a bag over the bag with a hole...she didn't care at all! Than on our way home we found another hole in the other bag! I strongly believe that it's because of her nails. I used to work at a pet store and if my nails were a little bit longer than usual I got yelled at! They need to care more! Oh and the girl gave us a huge attitude!! This is my absolute FAVORITE pet store in the area! They have everything I ever need, every good brand of food and everything is so clean & organized. I recently started my cats on a raw diet & they even have a bunch of options for them! Not to mention they PRICE MATCH! I went to pick up some flea medicine for my cats & their price was $55, but on amazon it was $35, so they matched the price without a question. This place is great. read more

The self serve dog wash is hit or miss. We enjoyed it at first (2 years ago or so when it was new) but then we had trouble with overly hot water (which the staff said they couldn't adjust) and increasingly filthy conditions. We went back around 6 months ago and it was much better. Very clean and the water temp was better. Today (6/15/16) we went again and it was terrible! The hoses were leaking, the dryers are falling apart, we had to ask for towels and some of them were really dirty. There was dog hair everywhere and it just felt gross! Not sure we will even use the rest of our prepaid washes. It's not worth it. They need better staff. read more

I have never made a purchase from the store, as I'm new to the area. This review is regarding their self service bathing area. It was utterly shameful. I am a dog groomer and have been for 6 years. My huge lab dane doesn't fit in my tub in my new apartment and I'm in between jobs and needed a place to bathe him. The shampoo was SO diluted it came out almost clear. The driers have so many holes in the hoses attached that the air pressure is awful. Both of my dogs went home soaking wet, and barely clean. I literally paid $10.00 a piece to use a tub, and not get my dogs cleaned. I will NOT be back. However, the employees really were trying to be very helpful. There was a very sweet red headed girl that tried to help at every angle and was very sweet. I just can't justify giving a better review because of the awful set up they have. read more

Honesty a great place with great customer service (for the most part). I come here pretty much 3+ times a week with my four-month-old puppy because it's within walking distance for me and I can always find something cheap to do with/give my puppy while I'm here. Employees always want to pet her, give her treats, play with her, give her attention, and give her love! They also usually ask if I need help with anything. They are friendly overall and you can just tell that the majority of employees are real animal lovers. They also tend to be experienced and have some good advice when it comes to training a dog. Moreover, they have great deals at times when things are on sale or clearance. For instance, I got large holiday dog cookies for maybe half the original price just because it was a few days after Halloween and they were making way for Thanksgiving cookies. Anyone can see that it really doesn't matter; our dogs don't know or care about the difference in holidays, so I found this to be a real steal! I can also get small past-season toys for a couple of dollars... I usually leave here less than $5 poorer but able to make my pup 500 times happier (LOL). They also price match without issue, which is a MAJOR bonus these days! Definitely would return if only for the customer service and price matching. Also, they have a vet clinic once a month where you can get microchipping done for I think $19 with lifetime registration. Other places I've asked have told me they charge $25 but I also have to pay for registration yearly, so I'm going to wait for them to be available again. The only issue is that the vet is only there for an hour and a half each time (once a month), so it's a very small window in which to get things done. I was also ecstatic to find that the last few times I've shopped here, I got money back. Yelp and this store have a partnership that provides cash back on all your purchases, which is pretty amazing considering I come here so often. All in all, I'd come back here in a heartbeat and I plan to continue doing so over the course of my pup's life and as long as this store is in this shopping center.
