Listen, finding a groomer for your furry kids is different for everyone and not all people walk away happy. Life does sometime happen. However, Dogs Day Out has been the best for our pets the last 14 years. LuLu has groomed our cat and 3 dogs beautifully every time. Her experience and knowledge with so many different breeds is impressive. My 3 girls love going to get groomed, walk right in and into the kennel. That is how well she treats them. read more

Really good service! As soon as we pulled up they got to work on us filling out papers and getting our dog in to get checked. Jasmine, who helped us fill out the papers was polite and very helpful with things we were unsure of and answering questions. Dr.Silverman also was very compassionate about telling us about what could be wrong with our dog and the steps we can take to get her checked out and see from there. When we got her back after being checked she seemed content and calm. Setting up an appointment was very easy and they are very about the pets and owners. They even suggest bringing a home item and home food if the pet is staying the night! They were very positive and confident that they will be able to help our beloved pooch! read more

My husband and myself were very pleased with Lulu's establishment, she was caring and loveable to our two dogs. We have had bad experiences with other groomers, that I was hesitant to leave my dogs to Lulu. Upon going to pick up by boys, they seemed happy and I asked Lulu if she had any problems with them.(other groomers have stated that my two boys were misbehaving and not well trained) Lulu said no, they were well behaved and enjoyable. My boys looked adorable and both my husband and myself were very satisfied and loved their new look. I am very grateful for Lulu and her staff for taking care of my two boys. Lulu and her staff made every effort to make Milo, my 7 y/o newf, and I comfortable and welcome. She quickly saw that I was one of "those" dog owners who can't seem to let go of the leash, even for a couple hours, and started talking to me about my best buddy and asked all the right questions. Milo's bath and haircut was awesome. I'd gotten a bit behind on his grooming after driving from northern Virginia to Fort Bliss and found Lulu when I searched the local Newfoundland pages. Her staff was courteous, professional and it is obvious they just love dogs. I'll be bringing him back here for regular trims and baths. Usually I get my dog's hair cut at my local PETCO. However I was going to be in El Paso and thought that I would try this place out because of the two good reviews that it has. I called up and while knowledgable, the guy seemed a little overwhelmed. We decided to go anyway and when dropping him off, it was a slightly odd setting because they practically grabbed him as we came in the door. However, we realized that it was a place different from our usual and these differences were to be expected. We picked him up after two hours, he looked great, and we paid and left. While examining him in the car I noticed a huge gash on his belly. I became immediately upset but glad that I noticed it. I would have given this place at least three stars with the gash because things like that happen but because they didn't tell me about it while I was still there, I find this place to be extremely dishonest and unconcerned with their customer base and my beloved pooch. If this cut had gone unnoticed, it could have easily become infected without care. I would have appreciated being informed so that the issue could have been addressed in a better manner. read more
