They did such a good job on my baby girl! This was the first time I have ever trusted any dog groomer to groom my dog and they handled her with so much care and love. I loved how my dog came out and she smelled so clean! They even added some yellow bows in her hair. I will definitely come back for more service

They did a great job with my ten year old Labrador mix, Morgan. There was a bit miscommunication by me so it took longer than expected but once the groomer understood what I wanted, everything turned out perfect. Myra was the groomers name, she was sweet and made me feel welcomed. Highly recommend.

Honestly a 10/10 experience! The groomer did exactly what I asked for with my pups hair cut. They were also very affordable! Which I love. For my babies cut, wash, and nail trim it was $50. Way cheaper than going to petco or petsmart. read more

Do NOT take your dog here. I received a phone call that my dog came in with a cut. Please note that my dog is a INSIDE dog and is also a white fur puppy, I would have noticed if he had a cut. He did not go in with a cut, he was cut. I was told they applied an ointment and I needed to keep an eye on it. Next day, I noticed the ointment was off and realized this was NOT just a cut. Do NOT trust your fur baby's with them. I had no idea, my puppies were being ABUSED over here. Very disgust, very disappointed in the lack of care. read more

I had an appointment last Friday, they cancelled my appointment that Friday and moved it to Monday at 1:45 then moved it again to 11 am on Monday so I show up at 11 am and the lady proceeded to tell me my appointment was moved again to Wednesday yet they never notified me. Do not waste your time here, this is by far my worst experience at a groomers. I've never had my appointment rescheduled this many times. read more

I have an American Bulldog, almost 3 years old he's never been to the groomer before. He's a "pandemic baby" and we never had him professionally groomed. This place was recommended by a co-worker and I could not be more thrilled. I was nervous because I know how my Bailey is to a new enviroment, he's an 85lb very active puppy. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm, we schueduled the full groom and the ears cleaning. We dropped him off right at 1:00pm and by 2:45pm they called me to let me know that he was ready. We came in and picked him up, he was calm inside a kennel waiting for us. He looked great and was very happy to see us. We will definetly bring him back. Great experience! read more

It might be because I've been to actual quality groomers in Austin, Dallas, and other cities but this place was horrible. We tried to come before, and the day we scheduled last time, we were turned away at the door saying they wouldn't be opening, no text saying that they were closing, no call, nothing. We had to scramble last minute to find another place, because we were heading out of town (this was back in March, and we never tried to return, well today we did return and I won't be back) We took our dogs in for something very simple, one needed nails clipped, the other needed anal gland expressions. The lady took the first dog, and clipped her nails while she was standing up?? Which was extremely odd, not clipping her up so she can be on a actual table, or to where she doesn't move. She just had her held with one arm and clipping her nails with another, she got her quick on 3 different fingers, and her other nails don't even look clipped at all. She was freaking out and wiggling, if she was actual placed on a table and held with the harness attachments, she probably would have been properly groomed, normally she doesn't move once she is on a table because that is what she is used to. The second dog, he had to be washed due to him peeing from being scared, and I told her not to worry about drying him (because he doesn't like it, and we don't dry them at home, we let them air dry) she then dried him and he started to freak out, I had to yell 3 times to the top of my lungs across the counter for her to stop and that I would take him if he was wet, I didn't care. I don't even think she expressed his anal glands due to the fact he didn't smell at all (and we have to do his every month, and normally went to better places due to us being new in the area, we haven't been to anywhere in El Paso for his anal glands before) the places we've been you can smell it afterwards, even if they use wipes, and wash him he is still giving off the weird smell and he will smell his butt constantly for the rest of the day. None of that happened. If he didn't have anything in his anal glands. (if they were empty) I wasn't told. So I'm sure it wasn't done. She also made it a point to have her back to me, basically keeping the dogs out of my eye view which made me extremely uncomfortable due to my first time being here and I couldn't fully see what was being done. My dogs are my children (as I'm sure they are to a lot of people) I paid for two terrible services. read more

If you're looking for a place that is welcoming, patient, and understanding of dogs, especially young dog, this was the exact opposite. We scheduled a temperament evaluation because we were interested in boarding our dogs for the weekend. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly and immediately gave off an incredibly cold, judgmental attitude. There was no greeting, no smile, and no attempt to make us or our dogs feel welcome. Instead, we were immediately made to feel unwelcomed and like we were an inconvenience. Our dogs were barking because they had just entered a new environment filled with unfamiliar dogs, a completely normal reaction, especially for puppies. You would expect a facility whose entire business revolves around dogs to understand that. Instead, we felt judged before anyone even attempted to interact with them. I would expect a facility that specializes in boarding and caring for dogs to understand that this is normal behavior and know how to handle it professionally. What upset me most was how our 6-month-old Doberman was handled. Without taking the time to introduce herself or allow him to become comfortable, she abruptly took his leash from my hand and disappeared with him. Less than 30 seconds later she returned and said, "He's not good. We won't be able to keep him. Do you even want to try the other dogs?" Thirty seconds? That's your temperament evaluation?! Thirty seconds is hardly enough time to evaluate any dog, let alone a young puppy in a completely unfamiliar environment. No reputable boarding facility can honestly assess a puppy's temperament in under a minute, especially in a brand-new environment. It was obvious there was no genuine attempt to evaluate him. It felt as though the decision had already been made. What made the experience even worse was her overall demeanor. She barely acknowledged our dogs, seemed uncomfortable even walking near them, and showed none of the patience, confidence, or compassion I would expect from someone who works with animals every day. At that point, I chose to leave immediately. If this is how prospective clients are treated in front of the owners during an initial evaluation, I have absolutely no confidence in how dogs are treated behind closed doors. This was, without question, the least dog-friendly experience I have ever had at a business that claims to specialize in dogs. Customer service matters. Compassion matters. Patience matters. Unfortunately, we experienced none of those today. We walked in hoping to find a place we could trust with our dogs. We walked out feeling judged, dismissed, and honestly angry. There are plenty of boarding facilities that understand dog behavior, especially puppy behavior, and know how to treat both pets and their owners with kindness and professionalism. This was not one of them. We will absolutely be taking our dogs somewhere that understands canine behavior, treats owners with respect, and actually enjoys working with dogs.
