We love Dogtopia's entire team and I am especially happy with their grooming services. Courtney is very knowledgeable and knows just what each pup and breed needs to look their best. Our cavalier, Anastasia, comes home shiny and perfectly trimmed each time. Other grooming places tend to stress my dogs out but Courtney is calming and keep our pups happy while giving them a thorough bath and fur cut. My husband and I traveled to NC for a long weekend and this place is beyond our expectations. Definitely one of the best Dogtopia I have ever been to. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional. They did so many little things to make me feel extremely welcoming, like their welcome board and report cards. My dog also loves playing here. He followed and stayed with the staff in the playroom all the time. I can tell he got tons of pet from her. I am also really impressed with the transfer process. Since my dogs go to our local Dogtopia very often, I request a information transfer so that I do not need to go through the entire initial evaluation. My local Dogtopia and Dogtopia of Harrison Ave had a very fast and efficient communication and helped me finish the transfer process within 5 hours. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again when we travel to NC in the future. read more

I love this place for my puppy! He does not have to go to doggy daycare, I just allow him to do half days so he can get out and play & socialize with other dogs. I absolutely refuse to use any doggy daycare that does not have cameras. And people that give rave reviews for doggy daycare's that don't have cameras, I really want to ask them how do they know their dog isn't just happy to get out of there? You don't know if your dog has been crated all day no matter how beautiful the facility looks. Dogtopia has WebCams everywhere with HD! It is so much fun watching my baby play and have a great time! When I see that he is starting to tire out, I go back and pick him up. This particular facility is extraordinarily, squeaky clean. Highly recommend to anyone! I just wish doggy daycare's did not only accept altered (neutered/spayed) pets over the age of 7 months. My puppy is the kind of puppy that you don't neuter seeing how he is an AKC, and most especially, because tons of scientific reports are starting to pour out showing the harm of neutering a dog and the consequences. All the old myths are out. Research, you'll see! At least my puppy can enjoy two months here before he hits seven months old. read more

Was recommended here through a friend. I was looking for an actual day camp style feel with experienced people and not the "throw all dogs in a room" feel. The owners are AWESOME!!! They have live video feed so you can check on your dog. They do wellness checks and make sure your dog and others get along! I felt very well taken care of and felt i could leave my puppy! I loved doing a meet and greet and being able to leave my puppy there all day for free to see how it went! After my workplace location moved it was necessary for us to find a new doggy daycare setting. We went through a couple of different places that we were not happy with at all until we got to Dogtopia! This place is great! The owners are very kind and knowledgeable as is their very well trained staff. They have three different play rooms, one for small dogs and puppies, one for more active adult dogs and then a separate room for the less active older adult dogs. Our little girl is part boxer, and only two years old, so she is well suited for the "romper room"! Presley definitely tells us through her body language and her moods what she likes and what she doesn't like, and let me tell you, she LOVES Dogtopia! I usually don't write reviews but made the time for this review. I moved to North Carolina from CA just a few weeks ago and had to leave town quickly after moving. When I boarded my two dogs, one of my dogs pulled a tendon in his leg and being new to the area I knew no one to call to pick him up. Therefore, the owner took special care of him as if Kai was his own. He even went to my vet to pick up medication to start giving him. I couldn't believe the special attention my dog received and how often I was called with a follow up while on my trip. Best boarding facility hands down and I've been to many back in CA. I took my dog here for an initial meet & greet. This was my experience: Pros- The staff* (specifically the staff, not the owner) were friendly Cons- None of the staff were masked The owner was incredibly rude to another customer who came in, and was off putting in our interaction as well. I recommend you speak with her directly before deciding. You dog will be in a cage for 2 hours during the day. At night they're in a cage the entire time. The final nail for me was that during these times they turn off the camera feed..:/ So I asked to end the interview and get my dog. The owner told me this was a common thing to told among local daycares, in such a way as to imply that I wouldn't find any that allowed me to see my dog at all times (??) which is absolutely not true. read more

Literally the best daycare I have ever taken my dog too, they were always so sweet and caring for my dog Nola. We were in the process of moving and they were flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The owners and staff always had a smile, we moved a little far to bring her weekly like we were doing but will definitely use them for boarding and daycare when we need to in the future. 10/10 recommend read more

My dog is super anxious around any new dogs and people so when we went to Wilmington to move in my siblings we brought him there..obviously we were worried and nervous about him going in but the staff were so nice and comforting! I take both of my dogs to Dogtopia on Harrison Ave in Cary once or twice a week for daycare and everytime they go the owners and staff have been friendly and my dogs come out very happy at the end of the day. I get report cards and they always tell me how they did for the day and I also like that it's appointment only so you know the rooms are not being over filled unlike most other daycares.
