I should've asked for some jalapeños. It took it to the next level. My husband and dad both ordered a Long Bacon and Cheese dog. They both really enjoyed. There was also a short Kraut dog and Long Flame Dawg. My son in law was sweating from the heat on the flame dog! He gave me a few jalapeños that I put on my LA dog. We all commented that the buns and hot dogs were great quality and our various choices were perfect to our liking! We shared a SMALL fries. Wow, it was a lot! 5 people shared and it was still a lot. Once it was our turn, we both ordered the 'long' chili dog and got a 'tiny' fry and a banana shake to share. We were lucky enough to find a place to sit at the counter. While we waited I enjoyed the whimsical wall murals and people watching. Once we received our food, I happily dug in. The chili on the hot dog was unique, with corn mixed in. We were warned it would be spicy, but as Texans, we didn't find it spicy at all--though we did think it was quite tasty. The "tiny" order of fries was delicious and definitely not small in our eyes, though after seeing the massive portions others received, I suppose it was.
