McArthur Steak and Roasted Veggie Harvest Bowl

Don't overlook this terrific restaurant! What a wonderful concept and alternative to fast food burgers and fries. They have a few dishes made-to-order while you wait and quite a good selection in their refrigerator section. The containers in the refrigerator are visible through the top and clearly labeled on the side including the calories, carbs, protein and fat as well as the ingredients. I believe most of these entrées are on a bed of rice. There are two microwaves there for you to heat your meals if you want to eat there...or, they are ready to purchase and take home. We dined there and had an avocado toast and the Buffalo Chicken Bowl. We also took two entrees home with us: The McArthur Steak and the Roasted Veggie Harvest Bowl Everything there is delicious and healthy! What could be better?!

    Birria

They ran out of sauce for the birria and threw two different sauces that didn't go. They should have allowed me to order something different. $17 for mushy meat and some salad with sweet sauce. Wish I had a better experience, while eating there staff kept changing the music because the other didn't like it.

I love everything about this place! Got to meet the owner, Joseph and his beautiful daughter Lily. Great customer service and the food is fresh, love the variety, and it's pure excellence! The juices!Where do I start... my favorites first the green juice, then the beets, and then the berries. Haven't tried the orange looking one but I'm sure it delivers as the others do. Carne asada burrito bowl is exquisite, and the chicken fajitas are sssooooo tasty and delightful. They're not shy with their portions and I hope it stays that way!!! 10.00 well spent any day!!! Wish they would open at 0600 before work, but that doesn't stop me from going after work! Any time any day. It's about time we get something like this in Sierra Vista. Hope your business flourishes! Nobody can beat this genuine clean eating!!

Outside of building, entrance is the blue green door on the left.

The ordering process was easy enough, but the next part was a little confusing. The clerk at the cash register mentioned that to wait and we'd be called when the order was ready. However, I was trying to figure out how I'd get my salad when I had the choice of salad bar items. My husband suggested I go up to the counter and show my ticket. The clerk from the cash register asked me if I wanted to get my salad and I said yes. She then asked me if I wanted romaine or spring mix. I opted for the spring mix and then commenced with my food options from the salad bar. Once I had finished with the salad, I then joined my husband in waiting for his wrap. There was a large party in front of us that we didn't realize we were waiting on for them to get their food first. I'd say in total we waited about 10 minutes. The restaurant was clean and the staff were busy with ensuring that everything was fresh for the salad bar as well as cleaning up and stocking items (straws, napkins, etc.). They definitely were of the mind of keeping busy and not standing around idle. Once order was in hand, we took it back to the hotel and ate there. My salad was very good and my husband's wrap was also very filling and tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to this place in the future. The food is good and high quality. Just wish we had something like this back in Whittier, I think it'd be very popular.

The place was clean, decorated really well, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and provided quick service. Now for the food... I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, and that thing was amazing. The bread was toasted to perfection. The chicken breast was big and juicy, just like my wife's. Had my mouth watering. The aioli sauce was absolutely delicious. They also gave me a massive pile of fries. I could barely finish them. I ordered the beer cheese for dipping, too, and it was amazing! Overall, give this joint a try. It's easily the best and most modern spot in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Of the 18 beers on tap, five were sours, three were imperial stouts. I really like the Blood Orange Wheat at the original location. The only one I saw on this tap list that I like is the Czech Pilsner. I wanted to try something new so I had two new to me beers, the Golden Eagle ale and the Blonde ale. Both were light on alcohol and taste. I sat at the bar so service was top notch. It wasn't very busy for a late afternoon. Two women next to me had been there a while and were on the loud and tipsy side. The much heavier one even broke her pint glass. The bartender took it all in stride. I ordered a burger special, the Garden Crunch ($17.99) with a side of home-made chips. It's a smashburger with arugula, chopped pecans, cream cheese, watermelon (very thinly sliced) on a brioche bun. The specials are not posted on the regular menu. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the taste and texture of everything mingled. Service : 5 Food: 4 Beer : 3
