I've visited this office several times since 2020. Dr. Welsh was my first doctor, but he retired. I was pleased and thought he did a great job. So, I was disappointed when he retired. Since then I've had Christopher Lillie, PA for my annual visits. He's always been pleasant, thorough and quite professional. Last year, he found a spot of skin cancer on my scalp and scheduled me for removal of the cancer by their surgeon in house on another visit. Staff prepared me well for the procedure which they informed me was a Mohs surgical procedure. The surgery went well and after 2 follow up office visits, I'm now visiting every 6 months. Based on my experiences with Pinnacle Skin, their doctors and staff who have been highly professionsl, attentive and kind, I have recommended several of my friends and family to them.

I have been dealing with a skin rash for about 4 months and he was COMPLETELY uninterested in my previous experiences and only wanted to push his own diagnosis. I was prescribed some new cream after repeatedly telling him that creams have not worked. I am planning on writing a letter to my insurance provider as well regarding this visit. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. When I left in tears the nurse didnt even ask if I was ok, just handed me my prescription and left. This was my second podiatrist in the long journey of my stress fracture treatment. I was given an…read moreappointment with Dr. Nagesh. I saw him twice. I had to wait a bit in the waiting room, both times, the second time it was quite busy, it surprised me due to the covid-19 recommendations. They took X-rays, no booties were provided. I am giving two stars because he did recommend I have my vitamin D levels checked and gave me a thorough exam the first visit. He confirmed a stress fracture in my left foot, and although I had pain in my right, he did not X-ray it. I had a cam boot from the first doctor, he didn't replace it, I found out they wear out and it was ill fitted. When I called to complain it hurt, they offered pain med script, when I asked for a new boot, they told me I needed to call my insurance first. The reason for this review is due to the treatment of the second visit. Two weeks later, he X-rayed it again, and not much had changed. He proceeded to tell me I needed to stay off my foot so it would heal, told me I should get help to take care of my kids. I pretty much felt like crap after I left his office. I don't have a large support group around me and it is pretty hard during a pandemic when you don't want to expose others or your two kids under 3. I decided to find a different Doctor to complete my healing journey and I am glad I did. Turned out, a new, proper fitted cam boot is amazing, it takes 12 weeks for stress fractures to heal on average, there was evidence of stress fracture in my right, and no-one has the right to lecture me when it turns out I was doing everything the best I could.

I wish I could give no stars. The staff/nurses here are rude, crabby, and completely…read moreunprofessional. The whole office is unorganized and not well maintained. Arora is not a good pediatrician. He rushes you through your appointments, answers calls in the middle of them, doesn't have a clue what you are even there for (check up or sick visit) and shows no care or compassion for his patients. He is not thorough and makes light of everything. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of the office, getting a same day sick appointment is nearly impossible, and I've had multiple occurrences where an on call doctor has not gotten back to me at all. My children deserve better (all children do!).

The first message was left at 5:30 am (before the clinic opened) and several others thereafter. Every single time I called, I was given the voicemail option. Most doctors join the profession so they can HELP people, and she is one of the most unhelpful people I have ever met. She wouldn't listen to me. She kept asking me questions and then cutting me off and switching topics. She wouldn't even let me give her my FULL LIST OF KNOWN ALLERGIES. She just kept focusing on whether or not the was aspirin in sunscreen in the 90s. I don't know if or why there was aspirin (one of my known allergies) in sunscreen in 1990. My job is not sunscreen recipe creator since 1990. I was a newborn, and the only information I could give was the information my mom gave me, that the er doctors gave her, when I was 20, and started going to doctors appointments on my own. I swear she only allergy tested me to shut me up and charge me for it. She seemed genuinely shocked that I reacted to anything at all, including the things I had already told her I knew I was allergic to. After she made her notes on my reactions, she didn't even clean my arm off properly. She literally just took a tissue and wiped my arm, spreading the allergens around, and now I am reacting all over my arm. Luckily, I keep wipes in the car and was able to clean it off properly. I feel like she came into the room with an agenda and didn't care about what I had to say as an individual. My partner and I walked out of there so stressed out that it ruined the rest of our plans for the day. DO NOT EVEN LET THIS DOCTOR PISS ON YOU IF YOU ARE ON FIRE. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because you're going to end up having to in order to get real answers anyway.
