So the feature does not work 4. The year was incorrect on ALL THE PICTURES We had a photo album that we wanted our guest to leave one of the duplicate pictures and note and had asked the associate to let people know as they came up but he never did. The person who worked our wedding was nowhere to be found most of the night. I was later told that he was talking to one of our guests a lot of the time instead of doing his job. When we called to complain about the horrible experience the associate that I will not name made us feel that we were in the wrong and felt bothered by our experience. We booked this company solely on the reviews but I should have done more research as I was told by two other guest at my wedding that they had a bad experience with this company also.

After signing the contract, I sent her the quinceañeras invitation and they were able to replicate a template for the event. The day off the event, they arrived on time to set up.
