If there were more technicians that would make things easier for all involved. Scheduling the actual appointment was probably one of the most frustrating things I've had to do in awhile. Nothing Ming said made sense and all of her days seemed to be confused. She would say she had a day available and then say she didn't have that day and so on. How do you forget that you are going to micro blade someone's eyebrows that day? She says she forgot and was over an hour away. Then she proceeded to ask me why I was even getting done!! I mean micro blading is not just a simple thing and if you don't even know your client who paid a couple hundred dollars is getting this done then you clearly aren't an invested business owner.
