She has limited the number of bags you can donate and in turn, the quality of the items of the store have gone down. I wish they would have more signs about prices and/or deals of the day where you can see them and that the Mens section wasn't on a completely different level (very tucked away) than the Womens. There's different associates working/volunteering there but it doesn't appear that new manager trusts anyone with checking people out when they want to pay.
