I was in line with 2 people in front of me. The front end roaming employee approached me and told me I could go in the other line. She stated there is only one other person. I looked over to see that there were 5 waiting in that line. I said I would stay because there were 5 in that line. She insisted there was one and then looked. She then stated rudely that she was only trying to help, and that there was only one when she started to talk to me. I had to look away. I did not want the confrontation. I will not go back!!! This location is like many other Hobby Lobby stores except in cleanliness, I had to use the restroom while on a recent visit and it was FILTHY. It looked like it had not been cleaned in 20 years (no exaggeration) the floors had not been mopped in who knows how long, the base of the toilets had years of disgust built up & the sink area was grimy. Seriously, I have been in third world country bathrooms that were cleaner than this store. If this is a store manager thing, whomever that person is should be reprimanded. *Maybe have a cleaning crew come & work in some "cleanliness is next to godliness" on the Sundays when the store is closed. read more

I called ahead to see if they had what I was looking for and the gal was super helpful, located what I wanted and promised they would be on hold with my name on it at the front. I absolutely love Hobby Lobby but every time I go in to this location, the associates are never ever nice or respectful. I went in with family to look around and didn't find what we needed but found a few other clearance things. We came up to the register expecting these Christmas things and some "Floral" things to be clearance and they rung up $25 for this little plant so I asked to make sure it was clearence and she said "no that's the Christmas Floral" so I said "I'll go take a picture" and I went to go and took a picture of the sign which was above all the regular floral plants and came back up. I showed her the picture, her manager came over simply said "no" and walked away. So I ended up not getting them. read more

When I shopped yesterday I was able to get in and out quickly and the cashier even caught that my embroidery floss was ringing up six cents higher than what it was listed as in-store before I mentioned it. I love all the things that you can find while shopping here! Home decor is awesome in quality and price. Love that they are a Christian company! However, the registers are always backed up while two to three "supervisors" stand and watch a couple of young cashiers struggle to ring up a line of customers who are becoming more and more frustrated. If you need help on the floor you have to search for an associate who more often than not will be resentful for being interrupted from their conversation with another coworker. read more

My largest problem with Hobby Lobby is their sale signs! I come into hobby lobby just to remember how frustrating it is to get to the register to realize everything I thought was on sale really wasn't. You have to read the fine print on every sign to find that it's not on sale. So frustrating and once again I've left my cart of items because I hate feeling duped! Since I don't shop Hobby Lobby regularly it is very frustrating. Here is to not returning until I've forgotten why I don't shop this store! read more

I LOVE Hobby Lobby! This location is nearest to me and less trafficked than the next closest which means when need be I'm in and out quickly and when I have the time and want to meander I can usually do it peacefully. My friends live by the idea that "Target tells you what to buy".... in my case it's usually Hobby Lobby and I'm perfectly okay with going over budget on the rare occasions that it happens because I never leave disappointed or regret what I grabbed. I could spend hours here just looking! This place is great for finding any craft item you may possibly need. It's well set up and easy to find items. The only down side is There tends to be a shortage of cashiers every time I shop here and they don't call for back up. Lines are ridiculous and the employees don't do anything about it. So, let me first say I am never one to write bad reviews but this time I had to. Cindy was my cashier, I'm sure Cindy is a nice lady, however the customer service I received from her was awful. I walked up to buy my things and no one greeted me but instead the cashiers kept talking about movies. I felt very unwanted. So I ask where I should go. The lady pointed over there. So I ended up going to Cindy because she was closest. While she checked me out she continued to talk over me to the other cashiers about movies. Something that I guess couldn't wait. It was a very awkward interaction and it was clear I wasn't valued as a customer. read more

I've shopped at Hobby Lobby before in the past, but this was my first time at this location. As soon as I walked in I thought WOW! This store is so large it is incredible. Tons of different items and prices seem fair. I found everything I was looking for and was happy with the pricing. They have an incredibly diverse selection of inventory. Friendly employees throughout store, I went to have a picture my grandma left me reframed, and Kayla in framing department was so helpful and offered several suggestions, and gave me a bit of a art history lesson on my print, she was fantastic, friendly, and print turned out amazing! Super helpful staff and a huge selection of goods. I'm an ID student and this is a MUCH better place to shop than Michael's. They have more selection and the pricing is a lot cheaper. The staff is knowledge and very helpful. I hate their Sunday policy, but it's got to be great for their employees. I will continue to shop here while I'm in school and perhaps beyond. read more

Hobby lobby seems to be going downhill. Their selection is amazing, and I appreciate the sales they have going on all the time. However, once you get to the cash register, things go downhill quick. The cashier and manager that helped me today were snooty and uncaring, and had the incorrect prices for things! When you don't use a scanner, you'd better make sure your book of prices is correct for items that don't have a price tag. When I asked for the manager, Ashley, to go check the price, she looked at me as if I was a huge inconvenience. Don't work in retail if you're not willing to work with people! I called in to share my feedback, spoke with another manager who made excuses about shift change being the reason for poor service, and told me there was nothing he could do. As long as you're prepared to be treated less than at Walmart, go ahead and shop here. Disappointing. read more

This location is a pretty good size and seems to have a lot to choose from. We found several mirrors that we liked, but weren't quite right for the space we were working with. I'd be interested to see what else they have to offer. read more

Hobby Lobby is a great alternative to Michael's, they sometimes have better prices too. The have lots of decorations for your home. I found excellent Superhero decor including tin metal signs and wall art. Be sure to use their coupons, they usually have a 40% off coupon of any one item. read more

I am giving one star because there is not an option for zero! This store is close to my house, went the night of Sept 28th, some stuff was 50% off. Asked them if they had more, they didnt so they gave me 3 rain checks because there were 3 dif products (why? I dont know, but they gave one rain check of each product). They were about to close that night, and one of the "managers"(night shift) came to write the rain check, then realized I needed 2 more and the cashier filled them out for her, I just wrote my phone number. Everything was good, on wednesday Oct 4th, they left me a voicemail letting me know my products were ready to pick up. Since my car was in the garage, my husband drove me today (Sat Oct 7th), so here is when the rudeness and mean behavior started. I got there, since my car is in the garage, I didnt have the rain checks with me, but I told the employee I had the voicemail confirmation. Then the floor manager "came" with one item only, I asked for the rest of the stuff. Her affect and attitude towards the employees and me as a costumer was horrible. She started raising her voice, explaining over and over she didnt have anything, I explained her twice what I was looking for and why I was sure (the specific cashier helped me and the other manager too). Both, the "night manager" and the cashier looked terrified when she asked them, and then she came back to me saying "they dont have any recallection of the event"???? really? So from where I took the idea of the rain check and the specifics of the products I ordered???!!! SO rude, completely lacking what costumer service is. My car will be ready at some point next week, and I will take the rain checks with me and show them to her so she understands that clients DONT create stories about ordering products. DOnt go there if you need extra help with products or rain checks. Employees are terrified about the manager, and the manager has the worst attitude towards clients. read more
