I have shopped at this location for many years without any issues, and the staff I previously dealt with were always helpful. However, during this visit, the employee at the U-Haul counter was extremely rude. I had completed the initial rental process online through my phone, and when I arrived, the mobile instructions told me to locate the truck using the assigned truck number. That truck number was nowhere to be found, so I went inside for help. When I showed the employee the number, she responded sharply, saying she could read it and that I did not need to hold the phone near her face. She also said the truck number had nothing to do with picking up the truck because I would need a key anyway. I tried to explain that the instructions specifically told me to locate the truck, but she interrupted me and dismissed the issue. Rather than argue, I left. After years of positive experiences at this location, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I used to recommend this business to others, but this experience changed that impression.

Their large seed blocks are priced lower than the local superstore's brand. Living out it rural America, we visit Tractor Supply frequently. Some Tractor Supply stores also fill propane tanks for your barbecue grill. The one on Shaver Road in Kalamazoo has propane refilling. Along with stuff for "the farm", they have clothes, shoes, and pet supplies. For those of you who are comfortable with "at home animal husbandry", they do have some of the shots that young puppies and kitties need available there. They have some great John Deere toys for kids too as well as wagons, trailers, and so many other things! The one they don't have -- an amigo at any of the stores so if you are handicapped -- bring your own scooter!

I purchased a Movado watch on 9-22-11 at the Battle Creek mall store. I was told by two employees…read moreBrooke and Phillip that I may return the watch for any reason for up to 30 days. I also purchased the Ultimate Watch Protection warranty that I was told would cover scratches or wear and tear. I tried to return the watch yesterday and was told I could not because I had warn it and there was a scratch. I said to send it in and use the warranty I had purchased to fix the scratch then return it. I was told no. The manager Marquita was extremely rude to me. Even tried to make a bet of $100 with me that she would get promoted if I complained to her supervisors about my treatment. She actually extended her hand out and said I will be you $100 I will get promoted, in the store, in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I have tried to be pleasant and resolve the issue, even offered to pay to replace the link in the watch that has a scratch, they still said no. The point it i was physically told by not one, but two employees that I could return the watch for any reason and am not stuck with a $2000 watch that I do not wish to have and they are willing to do nothing to resolve the issue, literally nothing. They offer no resolution, just say that I can not return it. Both employees have even admitted that they told me I could return it for any reason within 30 days. I have spent over $10,000 with Kay Jewelers and it is safe to say I will never spend a penny in that store again, unless this issue is resolved. I was lied to and led to believe that I could return this watch when in reality they will not let me. Then on top of that I am being treated very poorly by customer service and management, the two people that should step in and do the right thing. I just want to return the watch and try to salvage the relationship between myself and Kay Jewelers.
