Although I didn't go with I&B because my partner and I decided to go a very non traditional route, I will say that going in and working with Allie helped me to make the best decision for me- which is one of the hardest things to do for a bride to be. She delivers excellent customer service, KNOWS her products, from flooring to molding, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. I find myself smiling just thinking about her pleasant, respectful manner. When I mentioned that I'd read the rather dismal LL Savannah reviews, she assured me that the store was now under NEW management, (Andrew Farley) and clearly regarded him highly. Today, I discovered for myself, that Siarra spoke the truth! I worked with Andrew in the process of ordering my new floor, and found him to be a dedicated, conscientious individual, driven to providing excellent customer service. He could not have been easier, more pleasant , or more helpful to deal with. He actively searched for ways to achieve my goals, while being ever cognizant of my budget. What more could a consumer ask for? I highly recommend LL Savannah, and these two exceptional individuals.

Amber to as a rockstar. She made the process enjoyable. However, there were several time where there were lapses in communication. We never received a call to confirm our appointment for floor estimate (we did input the incorrect email address, but we never received a call or voicemail). We then were told the wrong time to pick up our floors (because paying close to $400 for them to deliver AND bring the materials in the home is criminal). And albeit a simple mistake from a new employee, it left help us Amber to load all of our materials in our truck. Too much for one staff member, but we are so thankful for her! We then did not receive confirmation from the contractor to schedule the appointment because LL did not indicate that we picked up our materials. (We found this out after calling a few times to confirm the status of install- something LL should be taking the lead with). We then found out that we were missing some materials- LL said the contractor would bring it, and the contractor said LL should be giving it to us. So those had to be FedExed to our location. Did I mention we were not in the place of install full time, so this is why we needed communication. We needed to know when we should be there to receive and be present. Either way, the additional materials were delivered when we were out of town, and when there was a storm. Luckily nothing happened to the materials, but if we received prior communication, we could have had these things scheduled while we were there. We did call customer service and express our grievances, and spoke to the store manager, but we still experienced a tons of mishaps. The manager called me to apologize, and offered us a comp (after I requested what will be done to rectify the issue. Because quite frankly, the apology wasn't enough) When we finally scheduled the install date, there was mis communication with whether we needed to be there or not. Again, we were not in the location full time yet, so knowing ahead of time would have given us the opportunity to schedule coverage to be there. I was on the phone with the LL representative, who said they would communicate this with the contractor. LL did not. I will say that Ray's Flooring of Augusta was great! (The contractor) but LL needs to work some kinks out. ESPECIALLY for the amount we paid. But the derive with LL was NOT THE BEST. We experienced terrible communication EVERY step of the way.

The 2nd time was equally as good, however, when I moved this last time into my home, they sent 2 trucks and 4 guys. The one that I had requested, which I had the first time was not available that day so they sent 4 others out. The one lead guy did not stay on top of the others and they just did what they wanted. They were slow, careless and I ended up with damaged furniture, damaged doorways into my NEW house and not one did they have the curtesy to let me know. They put things in one room that I asked them to and ended up just piling things on top of other things to the point where I can't get to anything without moving everything out. They put the remainder of the stuff in the garage and it looks like a trash heap in both my one bedroom and the garage. It took them almost 8 hours to move me. I did have 3 storage units, however, it only took 2 hours to move into the biggest one and about 1 1/2 hours to move into the 2nd one. I moved myself into the 3rd one. That was with only 2 guys per unit. This time, it took over 4 hours to move out of the units. That is insane. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend to anyone if you value your possessions and your time and money.

We had taken photos of the tub before hand and after. Three sides of our hot tub were damaged. This 1-star review is not about the damage. This review is a result of their lack of professionalism in handling the claim. We paid them EXTRA for what they deemed "insurance" to cover damages, but then refused to use that coverage to cover the damages they caused. I was told by Dalton Duran that they would send someone to our home to look at the damage and then settle with us. But continuous attemps to reach him resulted in being ghosted. We are filing a claim in civil court as a result. Just a word to the wise. Always get pictures before and after and be prepared for the worst. They aren't professional enough to handle the mistakes they makes. I'll never use them again. You shouldn't, either.
