I've got to share my recent experiences with LL Flooring in Savannah. I had the pleasure of meeting Siarra, a sales associate (a retired Marine ... you've GOT to love that!!) and found her knowledgeable, pleasant, and more than helpful. She delivers excellent customer service, KNOWS her products, from flooring to molding, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. I find myself smiling just thinking about her pleasant, respectful manner. When I mentioned that I'd read the rather dismal LL Savannah reviews, she assured me that the store was now under NEW management, (Andrew Farley) and clearly regarded him highly. Today, I discovered for myself, that Siarra spoke the truth! I worked with Andrew in the process of ordering my new floor, and found him to be a dedicated, conscientious individual, driven to providing excellent customer service. He could not have been easier, more pleasant , or more helpful to deal with. He actively searched for ways to achieve my goals, while being ever cognizant of my budget. What more could a consumer ask for? I highly recommend LL Savannah, and these two exceptional individuals. read more

Overall, we're happy with our new floors and the service provided by the contractor, but the service we received from the Savannah LL location on Ogeechee was sub par. Amber to as a rockstar. She made the process enjoyable. However, there were several time where there were lapses in communication. We never received a call to confirm our appointment for floor estimate (we did input the incorrect email address, but we never received a call or voicemail). We then were told the wrong time to pick up our floors (because paying close to $400 for them to deliver AND bring the materials in the home is criminal). And albeit a simple mistake from a new employee, it left help us Amber to load all of our materials in our truck. Too much for one staff member, but we are so thankful for her! We then did not receive confirmation from the contractor to schedule the appointment because LL did not indicate that we picked up our materials. (We found this out after calling a few times to confirm the status of install- something LL should be taking the lead with). We then found out that we were missing some materials- LL said the contractor would bring it, and the contractor said LL should be giving it to us. So those had to be FedExed to our location. Did I mention we were not in the place of install full time, so this is why we needed communication. We needed to know when we should be there to receive and be present. Either way, the additional materials were delivered when we were out of town, and when there was a storm. Luckily nothing happened to the materials, but if we received prior communication, we could have had these things scheduled while we were there. We did call customer service and express our grievances, and spoke to the store manager, but we still experienced a tons of mishaps. The manager called me to apologize, and offered us a comp (after I requested what will be done to rectify the issue. Because quite frankly, the apology wasn't enough) When we finally scheduled the install date, there was mis communication with whether we needed to be there or not. Again, we were not in the location full time yet, so knowing ahead of time would have given us the opportunity to schedule coverage to be there. I was on the phone with the LL representative, who said they would communicate this with the contractor. LL did not. I will say that Ray's Flooring of Augusta was great! (The contractor) but LL needs to work some kinks out. ESPECIALLY for the amount we paid. But the derive with LL was NOT THE BEST. We experienced terrible communication EVERY step of the way. read more

If you are looking for horrible customer service, not getting the correct flooring, incompetent management (Will) then look no further than LL Flooring, especially the Savannah, GA location. They won't deliver your floor on time, or the correct flooring, or anything else you would expect from a company BUT they will deliver on making sure your project is delayed, not providing solutions, and making sure you not only have a headache but a migraine dealing with their inability to do anything productive at all. Truly a one of kind company that you should absolutely do business with if you want a bad experience. 10/10 recommend if that is indeed what you are looking for. read more

We purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring for our entire new home and installation in November 2023 from LL Flooring. Rays Flooring from Augusta, GA called to schedule the installation and said it would take two days. Three men came and did our entire home 2000 sqft in one day. We noticed a lot of the flooring in every room didn't lock in place it moves up and down at the joints and some of it curls up at the joints. It's waterproof when installed correctly. Luxury vinyl plank flooring doesn't move up and down and curl up if it's installed correctly. I called Rays Flooring and sent them videos and pictures. Robert from Rays Flooring said it needed to be replaced. He sent another installer to see what the problem was he said he was sent to replace a few planks. He did an inspection and said the whole house of luxury vinyl plank flooring needed to be replaced. Then I get a text from Robert from Rays Flooring and said the flooring is preforming as it should. I contacted LL Flooring because they supposedly have a 1 year warranty on installation. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Robert from Rays flooring came to inspect the floors he said he didn't know if it was the floors or the installation. LL Flooring assigned me a case number and manager he contacted me. His name is Cameron. Per his request I sent him videos and pictures of the issues. He said he and his team were waiting to hear from Rays Flooring. They finally heard from them and they told them that the floor was performing as it should. Of course they told them that because they didn't want to stand behind their work. Then Cameron sent UPS to pick up a box of flooring so it could be annualized to see if there was a problem with the flooring. Their inspection didn't find any issues. Then they sent an independent inspector to see if he could determine if it was the flooring or the installation. They received the inspection report back and said that Rays Flooring was coming up with a plan to fix my flooring. Months later I finally got a hold of Cameron on the phone because he stopped responding to my emails and voicemails and keeping me informed of what was taking so long. He said that Rays Flooring was only going to replace a couple of bedrooms and hallway. I told him that's unacceptable my whole house needs to be replaced. I also told him we don't want anyone from Rays Flooring nor anyone affiliated with LL Flooring to come to our house that we just want our money refunded and we would replace the floors ourselves. It's been a couple more weeks and I haven't heard from Cameron. It's the middle of May 2024. Totally unacceptable and very poor customer service. With a sense of impending doom, I reached out to the staff at LLFlooring in Savannah. I had a litigation settlement card and my sense was it was not like cashing in a gift card, and I was right. To redeem the card in-store purchase was required. I was prepared for a hard time in redeeming it. And, I could NOT have been more WRONG. Derek and Kyle are the greatest employees! I pestered them several times on the phone and every time, every single time, they were friendly, kind, and helpful. I was concerned that my discounts online would not transfer to an in-store pick-up, Derek assured me he would make everything work out and he did. My order was complete and ready to be paid for when I went to pick it up. All the calls and the in-store pick-up were perfect. Derek and Kyle are exemplary employees! Thank you. read more

We ordered hardwoods for our entire home thru the Savannah location - Destiney helped us and was absolutely wonderful. There were several arrival delays due to COVID which we completely understand. When it arrived, we rented a truck to pick it up and our local stores systems were down when we arrived. The manager made it extremely difficult to pick up our order and told us there was no way to pay our remaining balance so we could pick up our entire order. He said we could take half, but then argued about the amount we paid and how much "half" really was. I got in the car and called corporate and they were more than happy to take our payment over the phone and emailed our receipt to us within minutes so we could take our whole order. This manager stated several times that no customer was worth losing his job over. We wouldn't expect him to do anything to jeopardize his job or the company, but any good manager should be trained in making sure they have exhausted all options to help the customer. Instead, this time the customer found the solution. This was completely unavoidable if he had made a little effort. We will do our future flooring needs elsewhere. Destiney at this location deserves a raise, because she is wonderful. The other two guys could learn from her. I have worked in customer service and management. Especially in today's economy, I would suggest finding and empowering management with better customer service skills moving forward to get and keep your customers. read more

Came into the store and looked at products for close to 30 minutes. There were three associates just sitting at the counter talking amongst one another and no one even offered to ask how they could help us or anyone else that came into the door behind us. Will be shopping elsewhere! read more

I recently purchased and installed 250 sg. ft. their Oak Laminate Flooring (Item #10047274). After completing installation I noticed some black markings on six of the planks. I attempted to remove these markings using dawn detergent, resolve stain remover, tide detergent, Lysol bleach based cleaner and Simple Green with no success. I communicated with their Customer Service Department and was told to try hydrogen peroxide and if no success try acetone. I ask what they would do to help me if these didn't work (of which they didn't). The representative told me there was nothing they would do and that I shouldn't have installed these planks in the first place. They were not willing to provide any support at all. If you're using Lumber Liquidators product be sure and watch out for these stains and good luck getting any support. read more

January 2014. We got about 1200 sq ft of bamboo flooring. Decent product, pricing, and quality. We did get a few boxes of the wrong flooring mixed in and they ordered and gave us the wrong stair nosing (which wasn't stair nosing at all). Over all it was ok. read more

What a wonderful team at LL SAV! Outstanding customer service- I called four separate times over two weeks for different quotes, various materials, etc. I was calling on behalf of friends and really didn't know what I was talking about, lol... the CS team was ALWAYS patient, informative, and friendly. They called back when they said they would; they mailed samples upon samples (which arrived within only a couple of days); and they always asked if they could assist with any other questions. I've recently visited lumber liquidators Savannah for some flooring this past Saturday i really want to thank those guys for being such great help with my whole project. I had an issue at first with my delivery being late coming in then i ended up having car trouble in 90° weather so it wasn't a good day for me. But those guys Nick, Frank made sure i was ok and happy. But this one gentlemen in particular named Domonique went out of his way by just going to the store without me knowing and surprising me with ice cold bottle water. He spent his cash money on he offered his own tools out of his vehicle as well as a helping hand with my truck I can go on and on but really just making sure I was ok because it was so hot outside. I offered to pay him back and in his words he said " No sir it was my pleasure it makes me happy seeing others happy " I have never had that experience before with anyone doing such a great thing for me it almost brought me to tears just because it shows that he has a good heart. I just wanted to commend that guy and thank him from the bottom of my heart for his positive and genuine spirit. This company is lucky to have such great workers. read more
