The butcher, for example, will personally help you find the best cut of meat for your needs. The bakery folks will make things to your specifications. They serve a nice selection of hot lunch and dinner items for a good inexpensive meal. If there ever is a problem with a product they will replace it or refund your purchase price with no hassle. I don't think the man even knows what he should be doing. The deli is great!
