It's a…read morelittle hard to get to it's underneath the library. prices are great and they have awesome stuff!!! i got 4 pairs of really good brand shoes, 4 plush, a couple clothing pieces, 2 really good brand purses, and a bunch of awesome trinket things for only $85!! Also all the staff are SO friendly and it seems like everyone knows everyone. I will definitely be going here every Saturday from now on!! :)

It is small and only open 2x wk (Tuesdays and Saturdays). Of course the men's section is small but again very organized and really nice stuff. All proceeds to to the library upstairs!! Cool!

She said yes then that girl spoke up and said that I couldn't so I asked for a manager and the manager said oh they're on some kind of program and I told him I asked for one box not 100 boxes I think one box is not gonna hurt your little program. Make a long story short I called corporate like I said I would and it's a fucking shame that I have to go on here about a box now I'm gonna shame you guys tell everyone I know and write up more bad reviews about you for not have given me one fucking box the world has become ridiculous! And by the way, if you don't give out boxes, then you should have a fucking sign that says we don't give people boxes. You guys are pathetic.

The layout of the space somewhat resembled that of the store out in Dedham, MA, but I didn't find the raincoats in the Insider Coupons/Crazy Deal section. I didn't find a store employee till I headed over towards the registers, but she quickly walked me over to where they had the raincoats stocked. The cashier who took care of my purchase was friendly and instructive. The best customer service I've had at an Ocean State Job Lot, and probably the best I've had anywhere this year.

The store section is really weirdly spaced out there should be room for a lot more with how big the floor area is but the racks are really poorly spaced. The bins are the main event, they are essentially the un sorted items that are received before they go out on the floor priced, sold by the pound there is a chance to get something good for cheap and always a lot of turn around.

The area that I needed to shop mostly in was in the dark. The lights were off. I was straining my eyes the entire time looking for items. Most of the merchandise was not priced or had a shelf tag. It is very unorganized and feels dirty. I was one of a few customers shopping, there were 2 women employees complaining loudly to each other over another employee and when I was trying to shop another aisle a male employee, ignoring me, acted like I was in his way as he kept his eyes down throwing merchandise on the shelves. I told the cashier I would've purchased more but I could not see and things I would've bought were not priced. She responded by saying she thinks they turn the lights on around 5:00pm and that there are so many price changes that they can't keep up with pricing products...REALLY?? I work in retail myself. If you care about your job/store and making sales, clean the place up. I will drive out of my way from now on and shop at the Rochester NH store which is CLEAN, well PRICED AND have the store lights ON with super FRIENDLY employees.
