The bathroom is always "broken" and this is probally the third, maybe fourth time this has happened. She is lazy and tells customers this just so she doesn't have to clean it. This is a newer store in an upscale area and there is no way this bathroom is broken. There's no excuse for this type of service, she is the only employee that has this behavior and is giving the store a bad name. Someone needs to investigate her.
