This Big Lots is as good as it gets! It's the "Biggest" of the Big Lots I have ever seen and a new…read morebuilding. It's on Ramsey St. next to Lowe's. It is huge, clean and well lit. I was short on time, but will need to stop back in soon (of course I will be back). Some Big Lots will be designated as a "Big Lots furniture". This one is not, but they had quite a large selection of furniture. I am looking for some smaller decorative tables and they had a few I liked. I don't think they were overly huge bargains, but I still liked the style. One particular employee was particularly nice - she noticed I was taking pics and I told her why. She handed me an application for the Buzz Club Reward card - of course I already have one, but I thought that was kind and she was very friendly! If you are going to shop here at all, enroll in the club because you accumulate savings and I occasionally will receive emails w/ bigger discounts. I will visit this location again soon!

The first time was around 4 PM, and the second was before 2 PM. Even after being told to come at 10 AM instead, I have no desire to make a third trip just to get lowballed and have them mark them up in a mysterious price. If you've ever tried selling to Plato's Closet before, you already know this is the infamous reality. They have one of the worst business models I've experienced for a resale store, and it's frustrating that nearly every location seems to provide the exact same disappointing experience. The employees often come across as snobby, like they work on commission at a luxury department store and see themselves as fashion authorities. Mind you, I brought in genuinely good pieces that people in Fayetteville would absolutely buy. I had Coach bags, Marc Jacobs, Anthropologie, Lululemon, and more. So for them to advertise that they buy clothes all day, only for the rules and capacity to keep change depending on the day or time, is ridiculous. They lost out, not me. If I could leave 0 stars for every Plato's Closet location, I would. Nothing would convince me to return. I only decided to swallow my pride this time because I'm in town trying to sell my remaining clothes before donating them. The employee didn't know where the bathroom was and finally when my husband found the bathroom the door was locked. He went back to the employee and told her and asked her for the key and she said he had to talk to the manager. He knocked on the door to talk to the manager and when she finally came to the door she asked him rudely what he wanted. He said our daughter needed to use the restroom and she was aggravated that she had to get off her personal phone conversation to unlock the door. Finally he got our daughter into the bathroom to find it was blocked by inventory. Customer service was so poor and you should never be rude to a customer. I know this is just dollar store but come on people be courteous. And if you don't have a useable restroom fine but let people know so they don't waste time. A 3 year old can only hold it so long.
