My husband called and was hung up on and then called and spoke to the owner. Told her how rude her employee was and all she said is that she has been there a long time. No apologizes or solutions for the problem. She said she would not re deliver the item without a fee I offered to pay the fee. She then says she was not going to go back and forth with me and cancelled my order on Mother's Day! She did refund but I didn't want my money back I wanted was a gift delivered. Don't bother calling corporate they take your complaint and will file it but each location is independently owned. Do yourself a favor and just stay away.
