They also have a great selection of fall items. I do have an issue with the fact that the Dollar Tree is no longer 1.00 for each item. It is now 1.25-1.50 an item- so I feel the store name is misleading. Why 3 stars? A bit concerning that the refrigerators with drinks were very hot inside- so it was obvious these fridges aren't working yet they were selling items out of it. And the manager was less than pleasant as she had to do a price adjustment on a clearance item.

I cannot believe the unfortunate interaction i had with the store manager of this location today…read more 12/21/23 @ 1:00 pm for reference. While i pulled into the gas station i noticed a smell coming from my car that I interpreted as burning plastic OR other coming from my car. Being this was a gas station i pulled away free and clear from any gas pumps and i got out of my car and checked and sure enough. Something had ignited in my engine bay and my car was in flames. In a moment of panic but with situational awareness i rushed inside the store , grabbed the fire extinguisher labeled ( FOR EMERGENCIES ) and ran back outside and extinguished the flames. I was in shock, worried, and upset obviously because who wants to have their car go up in flames. At the same time I was calling around my insurance, waiting on a tow truck and it completely slipped my mind to go inside and tell them that i had used the extinguisher. But to my surprise the store manager (terry of this location #519 in Colorado Springs Colorado) came outside and started yelling at me. Went as far as calling me a stupid Moron, a thief and yelling obscenities at me for having used QUOTE "HER" fire extinguisher. Mind you ,I put out A FIRE! AT A GAS STATION! I cannot believe how this woman conducts herself and how badly mannered she is to her customers. I let her walk off and i decided hey maybe i was in the wrong so 10 minutes later i walked back into the store and asked to speak to her to apologize for having used the extinguisher and offer to pay for it. This woman chose to continue to belittle and degrade me calling me a thief , and telling me i was not to return to QUOTE "HER STORE". Not only that she then called the fire department right after causing a full on alarm fire situation for first responders for something that had been taken care of literal hours before. I had to apologize to the fire department when they arrived and they left to take care of actual emergency situations. I called corp to talk to someone about my situation but no one responded so i am going to continue to try and leave countless reviews until i hear from upper level management about this. She being a kum&go employee at (management level) should not be speaking to customers the way she did to me in front of multiple witnesses and fellow co workers. She is a horrible representation of the brand KUM&GO and should be trained on emergency situations and customer service. If you are from corp reach out to me about this as this matter can be turned legal very easily due to the nature of her actions. Her Verbal harmful and belittling NOT TO MENTION humiliating language choice towards me is absolutely unethical and unacceptable.

JCP never ceases to surprise me with the good deals that still offer…read more I stopped by to browse while I waited for the rest of the mall to open. JCP doesn't seem to carry loads of clothing everywhere like they used to but luckily I was able to find my size. I happen to come across some women's wide leg pants that I've been eyeing for 2 weeks and was surprised I found them here. It seems like JCP still knows what's on trend these days because wide leg pants are definitely in-- again. There weren't that many pants left on the rack but I found the last size 4 and they were on sale too! Normally a pair of pants like these run about $60 but at JCP they were on sale for $32. And that's the best price I've seen so far including online. I'm very glad I stopped by on a whim because I was able to find something I was looking for. Seeing how empty JCP normally is, I do hope they don't shut down completely because they still sell some really nice things. Thanks JCP for staying open and making my Saturday shopping a great experience! Looking forward to shopping here again real soon!

It's not in the worst location, but the homeless do tend to wander around sometimes begging for change. And from what I understand they don't have store hand baskets any more because they were somehow stolen. Overall good place to shop for deals, would recommend.

It took multiple calls to confirm receipt of prescription & readiness for pickup. Then, just when I had spoken to Bill for the 5th time, he called me back and asked "do you still want us to fill this?" I had spoken to the guy no more than 20 minutes before. After confirming AGAIN and confirming hours, I was told to pick up "after 11 am". But alas, I showed up and Ms. I-don't-know, informed me that it was not ready and I'd have to wait. As my commute was long to get there in the first place, I did choose to wait and witnessed some of the most terrifying business practices I have ever seen. In the end, the prescription was filled incorrectly but I overpaid and left. I'll move my business and will not return.

There was only one customer in the store sitting down, and just BS'ing with the seller. If the employees can not handle more than one customer, maybe they shouldn't be working there.
