If you have a problem, ask for the store manager and don't yell at the employee. The general quality of commercial and the few organic brands, prepared foods, cheeses, etc are fine. Some of Hannaford's stock is tailored to the local community. For example, I feel these folks offer more bison cuts and even think there's more turkey here than any other local supermarket I shop at in Westchester County. It's easy to rack up points with their free loyalty program which you can use to get money off your entire grocery bill with those $5, $10 (listen, I'll take it) or receive those coupons to spend on individual offers. Price is fair for the area and service at the cashier is pleasant. .
