Ken is a delight to talk with and is knowledgeable about his department. For sure Ken is an asset to any business. I also met Ellie, cashier and customer service oriented. Ellie will help you save money, which is the reason you return when someone takes the time to walk you through the store's app. These employees were a breath of fresh air in customer service. With no fabric store within 50 miles, they took out most of the fabric, leaving a few remnants and the rest prepackaged yards. They no longer carry fleece, and they don't even carry felt squares. Many other items I used to buy have been removed from the store as well, so finding what I am looking for has become much more difficult across the board.
