She also argued with us about the product we requested. When she showed us her initial slices, we said the cut of ham she sliced was very fatty. We requested a different part of the ham, but she just insisted multiple times that she had cut the ham we asked for. We never denied this point, we have ordered this specific ham before and it has not been this fatty. The last few slices she cut were a lot better (less fatty). We would shop here again and avoid the deli department.

We had to have passed a dozen employees where no one spoke at all... but Bertha went completely out of her way to reach us. She gave us some good suggestions on foods and event told us alittle bit about herself and how much she loves her job. She even gave us some cool facts about the meats that come to Ingles 82. The store was super clean with even cleaner bathrooms. Great experience while shopping and even better when we hit the gas station because we got $.15 off each gallon thanks to the $330 we spent inside the store. Love Ingles!
