The staff are the most unfriendly and non helpful that I have ever seen . An example would be the male cashier who apparently did not like the fact that we brought our own bags. He kept shoving the groceries onto our bags . My husband was trying to pack the bags because the cashier obviously was not going to participate. There was no eye contact or comments from the cashier. I wish I could say this was rare behavior for the staff but unfortunately it is not.

A male checker pulled something yesterday worthy of a complaint as when he finished checking me out he exposed his stomach by either pulling his tee shirt up or by stretching in such a way that he was exposed. Secondly, too many products are carried with high sugar content. I know sourcing is difficult but this should be a concern for management. Too much sugar is definitely not healthy.

But I figured out where the section I wanted was and got started. Their salads and other items seem popular. They had pizza, subs, and other options. There was even an olive bar with different types of olives. I wanted a cookie and found them but there weren't any bags to put one in just boxes. So that is how I got the slice of cake. The German Chocolate cake was delicious. I am sure I will return here for other meals when I return to Flat Rock in the fall.
