Slightly less convenient location, but truth be known, I'd drive 50 miles more if needed. First off, these employees are super nice! And it's not just "hi", "have a nice day". They're just exceptionally nice. Also, they're crazy helpful. I walk in the door and show the gentleman what I need. He says "oh, that's a union brass diverter valve, come down here, I'll show you where it is" what I didn't tell him it's I spent two weeks figuring out who the original manufacturer was! Should've just come here to begin with. I typically only shop at Lowe's. Lowe's didn't have what I needed. Like I said this is not the first time this store has treated me this way. I have heard nothing, but bad stories about this store, and the costumer is always treated badly.
