The random assortment of snacks, treats, condiments, and specialty items found throughout the four corners of this place (especially the "houseware" corner to the the far left with random used board games and cutlery). I don't know how I managed to not find a place like this all my life. But, my favorite part (and yours too) is the three tiered discounts available at your finger tips. Some things are just straight up priced. $1.75 and it's yours. Some things would have a sign advertising buy one get one for free. But, if it had a red mark, that means you buy one, get two more free. At least that's what I think the game was. The patron knew it all. She was an arithmetic savant, crunching discounts and combination right before your very eyes. And she'd catch things that you missed. You thought that Chick-O-Stick was buy one get one free, but it was actually buy any candy bar, get two additionally of any variety of equal or lesser value. She just saved you 40 cents and you didn't even know it. And everything is a little off. A dent here, overstocked here, a crack there. But, it's all in tact and every piece accounted for. And that's the way 2020 should end for us all. Those of us who made it anyway. Let's hope K & J is a 2021 vibe.

The items were piled high up on the uppermost shelf. There were dozens and dozens of merchandise neatly stacked. Soda, food, snacks, chips, candy, clothing, house wares, home supply, water, freezer food and lots more were full. There were no empties anyplace in the displays or shelves.
