My husband, kids, and I decided to drive 20 miles out of our way to check the place out. My boys and I like to collect stones and gems. We got to Pollys place and saw the town of Hobart was having a parade. So, of course, the boys had to check out the parade. As we passed Pollys place, there was Polly outside her building, and it kind of looked like she was looking for someone. She saw me and offered her business card to me. I said to Polly, " I actually was coming here to see her, that my boys wanted to check out the Parade and that We will be right back." We checked out the parade for no longer than 10 minutes, and then we headed back to Polly's psychic store front. The door was locked, and there was no Polly. I thought I was too late and maybe she was doing a reading with someone. My feet didn't want to budge at all. I stood there waiting, then I looked back towards the parade, there was Polly walking back to her shop. I got excited and nervous. She took us into her shop. She asked, "What brought us there?" I said,"My boys and I like to check out different metaphysics shops for stones." For some reason, I could not look at anything in the shop I felt drawn to Polly. I then started blabbering on about how I have been having problems with my psychic abilities since I had as a child and how they have been shutting down lately. Polly then stopped me and said it would be best not to tell her everything so she could do a reading on my past, present, and future. I knew she was right for stopping me because I have read so many breading. Something was pulling me to do it.I looked up psychic readings near me. I am from NC and was in Valparaiso for my husband's family for almost two weeks. When I saw many different spots near Valparaiso,Indiana, I saw Polly's website. I felt drawn to the picture of her place of business. The building itself was appealing to my soul. The website didn't show too many products, but that actually didn't bother me. So I asked Polly about her readings and what it details are and the price, because I knew that is what I was actually there for a reading by Polly. Everything was what I needed for the reading, and her rates were incredible. I then asked my husband if he wouldn't mind leaving with the boys for about 45 to 60 minutes so I could receive my very first psychic reading. He was calm and relaxed and said it would be fine. I think he also knew I needed this. When you do a reading with Polly, it is one on one, you are the center of her attention. She even closes her shop so there are no interruptions. Polly would give step by step directions and explanations for each exercise we did. When we started, I did not expect a visitor during my reading. My grandfather stepped in and had Polly tell me that he was there for me, but I didn't say anything to Polly, I actually felt his presence and a firm grip on my left shoulder. I haven't sensed him for almost 5 years, and when she asked who passed away many years back, that was very special to me, and that he wanted to be known I knew right away my grandfather just by his presence and hand on shoulder. I cried because I felt joy feeling his presence again and sadness because I wasn't sure how long before I again would have him there when I needed him. He was always there for me, and when Polly said that, I knew it was definitely there. All of her reading for me was right to the tee, so accurate. Plus, she provided me with the tools I needed to keep doing what needed to be done for myself. Plus, she gave me her personal phone number to stay in touch. Believe me, I will be calling her back and feeling a friendship with Polly that will last for a long time. I purchased two lovey stones and can't wait to work with them. We first moved in five years ago and the newer washing machine that was here was broken beyond repair so we were in a pinch and bought refurbished washing machine from them five years ago. It is still running strong and a beast.!!!! They don't make these washers like that anymore! Then they came out last week again removed our old dryer that was still here from the purchase of our home, and installed a dryer we purchased from them that is not only refurbished, but guaranteed. It's way better than our other dryer and the men installing were very kind and professional. They worked quickly. They had to work around some obstacles and were so impressive on a very hot and humid day. We just had our water heater go out the same week so I'm not going to go pay $1000 for a new dryer just because a new one has smart computer features on it. This Maytag is in perfect and beautiful new condition. Check them out if you want a reliable appliance and good service.

I have had to bring meat, produce and there already cooked rice back numerous times. Things happen‍ But this time by far was the worst time. Again, I purchased rice that was already cooked, Had to return it due to mold. I'm sure a lot of you were going to wonder how I didn't notice it right away. I was in a huge rush and I was just grabbing a couple things quickly. Once I got home and realized the rice had mold on it I immediately called the store. I spoke with a woman that was very understanding and told me to bring it back and she would give me a refund AS WELL AS get a new rice. I explained that I wouldn't be able to come back until the next day. She said that was fine. The next day comes, I return to the store to bring back the rice. The lady at the counter tells me I could pick out a new rice OR I may have my money back. I inform her with the lady on the phone said yesterday. She then told me that since I don't have a receipt that is not possible. When I say this lady was rude, I mean, she was unprofessional, illtempered, annoyed with my presence and rolled her eyes while raising her voice at me. I then told her never mind. Give me the rice back. As I started to walk away because I was not going to be treated like that I thought to myself no I'm gonna speak with her supervisor first due to her behavior. I asked for her supervisor and she laughed, Then yelled in Spanish to the side room. A woman comes out, and I explained to her what happened with the rice. She then informs me of the same thing that the previous lady told me. I explained to her what the woman on the phone said the day prior. She tells me that she didn't work yesterday And without me having a receipt, that's all she could do for me. I then call my boyfriend at home and have him send me a copy of the receipt. I showed her the receipt and she says she still can't do both. I said then what was the point of getting you the receipt? And she said to make sure you were telling the truth about when you bought it because I can't believe that this is our rice. !!!!!!!! Now I'm pissed. Not only are you Now calling me a liar, I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way just to bring back some moldy rice, be talked down to, laughed at and find out I was lied to you about your policy. But I'm the liar right? I asked for my money back then paid for my new items(bc I'm not petty)and left the store. I cannot believe the way they treat their customers. Especially their regular customers like us. For being a small business They really need to rethink how they talk to people and handle customer service issues. I wish I could give zero stars! I have to say I've found the staff here consistently much friendlier than the Valparaiso store, especially with glitches I've run into with grocery pick up which have occurred at both. I definitely have to give it to Meijer on product selection. Sometimes you just can't find everything at Aldi.
