However, I was at this location and I was shook. I saw only two associates working--one stocking and one cashiering (Maria) which had to find herself apologizing to all guests she was ringing up because all guests were upset at the long wait. December is such an important time of the month for it's when Christmas is celebrated. It's obvious that guests go in to find affordable Christmas decor. However, this store had: Their shelves empty or in disarray. Their merchandise in cases all lined up in aisles in clear ADA/ OSHA non-compliance. Understaffed on peak traffic times. Low morale with associates- stocker stated (sounded in disappointment) that the store is in recent change of management and that the merchandising manager has been calling out last minute the past days and that the district manager needs to come in and get this store back in order. I can point out the rest of the things going wrong, but that wont be productive. I suggest that the district manager accountable for this store follows up with their store managers if they have any and really go into the store to find a solve. Hire if needed asap/ or promote within. Money is sitting on your inventory racks in aisles, customer experience is only plummeting , the look and feel is unacceptable, and payroll is perhaps the only thing you're saving because there is no talent to operate this store. Please consider investing in this store. Make it a great place to come shop again.

What happened to this Dollar Tree store?? I was in the area and stopped by to get some wrapping…read morepaper. Oh my! Stuff was all over the place and I had to step over items on the floor. I arrived not too long after opening, so there's no way the mess was just made. On top of that, people were walking around either without masks or with their masks pulled down under their nose. That includes at least one employee. I did not feel comfortable and did my best to grab my items and get out quickly.

My son bought a $75.00 xbox giftcard with his christmas money. Once we got home he went to enter in the pin numbers from the receipt and it was not legible. The printer was obv. messed up and all the numbers were drug together. It was late so i told him we would go back tomorrow and get a new print out of the receipt. When i went back 2 days later, i explained that the receipt was not legible and showed the 2 girls behind the counter so they could see what i was talking about. Latonya stepped in and quickly said oh there is nothing we can do about that. I didnt ring you up.. Then when she called her boss she told her that i said it wasnt legible like she didnt look at it and see for herself that you couldnt make out what the numbers said. She acted like i was trying to get something for free when i just wanted a legible copy of a receipt that i purchased. Instead of her being helpful and offering other options of what we could do to fix this problem she acted as if she didnt care and was rude. She obv needs a career change because customer service is not for her.

And needs to re-read and learn company policy. When a person you've seen more than once or twice comes in at 9:30 he's not coming into mess you up or bother you is coming in because he needs food substance checking out at 9:55. That's perfectly fine if you ask anybody at the store closes at 10 o'clock. You deciding to start closing at 9:30 it's not a company policy you need to check yourself and your rude behavior. Other customers can hear you screaming for 15 minutes.
