Saw it and said she would put points on me card because of the damage. I asked how many points ts it would be and was told it would be ten. I asked if that would be ten dollars and she said no. Every point was worth ten dollars. I said that would be 100 dollars then and she said yes. If these poi ts had not been promised I would have asked for a refund. They have not been added to my account. When I went to the cashier on a subsequent trip, I didn't even have ten dollars.to use I asked for Sarah and was told she wasn't there but she was called. She said I had .misunderstood her about the value of the points. My husband and I both heard her promise 100 in points. We are both competent people who understand the English language language. Saying I misunderstood was insulting. I attempted to complain via email to her supervisor but it was intercepted by Sarah by Sarah. She responded with the same claim that I misunderstood her. I have not been there since then. They have lost a customer of yarn years because of this manager.

If you find something you like and want to offer less than the price listed, the employee working can usually contact the seller via telephone to make your offer. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends and the place is crowded with items for sale already. Definitely not the place for a small child unless you plan on buying a lot of broken items. Otherwise, leave the toddlers at home. Every time I have been in here, the employee working has always been very polite and welcoming. You will usually find yourself in a conversation with either the employ ye or other customers within a few minutes of entering the front door. Lots and lots of things that will have you saying, "Wow! Remember that?". I'm a Pontchartrain Beach nut and have found items here that I haven't seen even on eBay. Art, furniture, architectural items, papers, toys and more can be found here. For those in a wheelchair, there's a ramp on the side of the store. Ox-lots are available for parking nearby. If you don't know what that is, maybe you should visit Covington. I rated the Copper Rooster as "inexpensive" but it really depends on the piece you are buying.

However, I was at this location and I was shook. I saw only two associates working--one stocking and one cashiering (Maria) which had to find herself apologizing to all guests she was ringing up because all guests were upset at the long wait. December is such an important time of the month for it's when Christmas is celebrated. It's obvious that guests go in to find affordable Christmas decor. However, this store had: Their shelves empty or in disarray. Their merchandise in cases all lined up in aisles in clear ADA/ OSHA non-compliance. Understaffed on peak traffic times. Low morale with associates- stocker stated (sounded in disappointment) that the store is in recent change of management and that the merchandising manager has been calling out last minute the past days and that the district manager needs to come in and get this store back in order. I can point out the rest of the things going wrong, but that wont be productive. I suggest that the district manager accountable for this store follows up with their store managers if they have any and really go into the store to find a solve. Hire if needed asap/ or promote within. Money is sitting on your inventory racks in aisles, customer experience is only plummeting , the look and feel is unacceptable, and payroll is perhaps the only thing you're saving because there is no talent to operate this store. Please consider investing in this store. Make it a great place to come shop again.

What happened to this Dollar Tree store?? I was in the area and stopped by to get some wrapping…read morepaper. Oh my! Stuff was all over the place and I had to step over items on the floor. I arrived not too long after opening, so there's no way the mess was just made. On top of that, people were walking around either without masks or with their masks pulled down under their nose. That includes at least one employee. I did not feel comfortable and did my best to grab my items and get out quickly.

I love Redoux, as I can always find something unique to buy for myself or as a gift. Most gifts…read morethat I give come from this store. Lately I have found that the two ladies who work there are less than helpful or friendly. They act like you are bothering them. Also, Redoux always did free wrapping for you in a white bag with some tissue paper, nothing fancy. Now they charge 2.50 per gift. I totally understand that with the cost of supplies. I asked the lady with gray hair at the register if I could at least get the Redoux sticker to put on my own white gift bag and she told me it would be 2.50 for the small sticker. I explained I liked for the person to know that the store is wonderful so it might encourage them to shop there. I wasn't looking for a freebie but a way to advertise their business. Oh well, I will continue to shop there to support local, but the customer service could use some improvement.

I don't remember much other than it was lots of junk that I had no use for. These days the store is a bargain hunter's dream. I was able to come to this store and do most of my Christmas shopping. I bought gifts for kids ranging from infant to eight, gifts for adults and a couple of home decor items. Despite the large quantity of items, my bill was very reasonable. Here are some of the items you should come for: Stuffed animals - Webkins for $2 Kid toys - $20 for items that are $40-50 at other stores Small electronics - If you have an older Iphone, they had a boatload of accessories. Furniture - Desks and small couches Home decor - Expensive looking mirrors and other decorative items. The store was packed, but the lines to pay moved smoothly. The parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out of. And parking is at a premium in this small shopping strip. I was a little surprised that in upscale Mandeville this shop is looking a little tired, even more so than my usual location on Airline. But they did have lamps galore...the only one that really tempted me was a robin's egg blue lamp and the brand? From the Olsen twins! How crazy is that? Ultimately I realized the base was a bit too large for what I want. Tuesday Morning where you go to learn that the girls from full house have a housewares collection.
