Let's just say there's a certain blonde girl in Liverpool that completely eradicates the fallacy that you can't meet spectacularly gorgeous people online. In any case, while she doesn't shop at this Aldi, I have, and while it's nowhere near as good as the Aldi's in Europe, the prices and products are hard to beat. A lot of the stuff is less even than at Walmart, and the company has much better morals. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is that the servers haven't been too friendly or receptive to me talking to them, which is fair enough, but there's no need for hostility. And I still don't think Aldi needs to be charging for bags, but that's the European way. Well that review was an Aldi but goodie.

When my mom asked them to wear masks one of them went right into her face and told her she was a stupid brainwashed old lady and given the finger. My mother carries an oxygen tank and shops there at these hours because she felt it was safer. She lives in an elderly home and even with groceries delivered has to pick them up from the front entrance. She complained to a cashier and was told they can do nothing about it other than offer a mask. If you are going to have "safer options " for the elderly or high risk add store policies. It is unfortunate the store is acting like they care but don't follow through on safe practices even if it is only during the high risk hour.

Multiple people have said they've lost money in the vending machines. I was recommended not to use the vending machines by someone who works at the store. They have been reluctant in giving me refunds when their machines keep my money. I have spent over $40 in the last month using their vending machines. The first time I lost money, I was offered a lower reimbursement than what I was owed until I spoke up. The second time, I had to ask multiple times for reimbursement of $1 total. I was given a note from the store that said, "Here's your refund, I see you have issues with the machine, I reccomend ( spelled wrong) not using it. Thank You ( with a signature) Actually their machines have issues! I have the fortitude to stand up for what's right! Giving people warranted refunds, because of your faulty vending machines is called customer service and accountability. Not doing so is very bad business. Just came back from the 4141 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY store and they told me that the kid from the Nedrow store bought ALL the DG exclusive HWs from them. F'ing great.
