Homemade cheese and pasta and jams. The vegetables from local farms...some organic. I much prefer buying from the local farmers and not when people are selling out of grocery store bulk purchased boxes.

I had packed lunch, but it smelled so good in here I had to give it a try. They have salads, sandwiches on Pasta's fresh bread, and other sides. The shelves are stocked with all sorts of pasta, sauces, etc. I almost wanted to spend the rest of my day in here, even if it was just taking a seat and looking out the window. I decided to try the State St sandwich. It was so fresh and delicious. I can tell they put a lot of care into their preparation. You can call to order ahead if you're on a time crunch. This market is truly a "foodies paradise." I finally made my way to the counter where I placed my order. I was greeted by the owners, who were both extremely kind. I ordered The Catherine, and my daughter chose a fresh salad which was loaded with veggies, fruit & I gorgonzola cheese. The Catherine was such a simple sandwich but absolutely delicious!!! The fresh baked bread they serve their sandwiches on is AMAZING! It had been a while since I last visited Thanos, but I can assure you I will never stay away this long again. Phenomenal!!!!
