The food they sell is often out of date items, produce that is mushy and half rotten. they have some really good deals in the meat department, but generally the cuts are not the tastiest. Most people I know in the area drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the Giant because this one is so ill equipped So if you don't mind being treated like an outsider, not one word being spoken by the cashier, then go to this place and you'll be fine.

Instead I had to settle for Friendly's Sundae cups which are good but they aren't CMP's. The bakery leaves a lot to be desired here but I'm glad to have the option to shop here. We got a few bags of groceries for a staggering 70$. That being said, I'll be shopping at Aldi in Lehighton in the future. Wishing upon a star for LIDL to come to town. Really helpful and excellent service. Once I got there I found my item by asking my new fave employee Jenna where it was located, which she cheerfully told me. She also helped me sign up for a rewards card. Since I was there I decided to look around some. Great store, very clean, nice selection of numerous items and I found some amazing deals and items on sale! My cashier (Susan, I think) was also very pleasant and helpful to deal with. We chatted during check out with her offering up some suggestions on some items I may enjoy based on my purchase and our conversation. Best grocery experience ever, I will be driving a bit further to shop there now. Totally worth it for the pleasant staff, great selection. and prices.
