Their food court is clean and their selection on frozen is one of the better in the area. Beats paying for memberships to club stores for couples or those who do not need to buy in bulk. They do need to redo the carts badly - the amount that have failing wheels is unreal.

The cartridge registered no ink level when inserted into the printer. Apparently, the local store policy is to not do exchanges if the box has been opened. This is not Walmart Corporate policy. They told me to try and exchange the printer cartridge at another Walmart store that might not have the same local no-return store policy! Buyer beware!

I wouldn't consider it a dead mall, even though it's heading there. There is no traditional food court (which I'm sure at one point there was), with the expectation of some food services in the hallway. With a decent number of stores open, the two that caught my attention were Boscov's and Spin Me Round. I wish there were some stores like these back home. All of the fun of mall exploring and discovering. Palmer Park looks kept up and clean in the hallway, and I see the mall surviving for the next couple of years or so.

An Employee who was "off the clock" on his "day off" had already had entered the store another way and had an entire basket filled to the brim with all the fresh restock & nicer hot wheels. First I would like to say, there was only 3 employees I saw in the entire store. I had the expierence of a gentleman following me, that was wearing a backpack, from men shoes, to belts, to men's pants ( meaning he was like a few feet away from me and didn't grab a thing) my son called me to say he was in the parking lot , I asked him to hurry up. When he showed up and hugged and kissed me, I told him about the gentleman following me, he saw him right behind me, but after my son came in and stood with me, the guys just disappeared. Have no idea what his plans were, but he was definitely up to something. We got what we needed and went on line, 30 customers online and only 2 registers, took 26 minutes to pay. I was NOT credited. I received fake Kohls Cash. What a scam !! Surprise Kohls, I just filed a dispute with paypal and I WILL WIN !!

I needed new kicks (man I hate that term) and remembering that last year I had some really good luck here I went to the well again. Low and behold they still had the exact same style in stock, in store, on sale, with the ability to add promo-coupon-discount codes and by using the old lady's Kohl's card there was another discount. The email came an hour later to come on down and pick things up. The only hiccup came when I got to the customer service desk in the store as they didn't have the order at the desk so someone had to be dispatched to find where the shoes were. Two minutes later shoes in hand I took off. I would rather core my eyes out with a melon baller than go shopping but if you have do it and if you know exactly what you need this system from Kohl's works exactly as advertised.

There are times that if you go towards the end of the day they will be out of things like bananas, rotisserie chicken or other fresh foods. I love when the seasonal items come out and their limited time buys. We typically do the pick up and everything is quick and efficient as well. Staff is always polite from what I've experienced as well! It can definitely get pricey if it's bigger orders which is something to keep in mind.
