It feels like a cattle call at the registers. The choice of colors makes you feel like you're in a Sam's or Costco. The aisles are very long. I liked how they were divided before. It has lost that hometown feel it had before the remodel. I used to go there at least once a week. Now I have gone once in the last month. It just is not the same. I'm very disappointed.

When I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager, and I asked for the store manager again because her tag says Assistance store Manager I called my bank to ask what I should do since they were refusing, and Brenda refuse to speak to my bank refuse to a return or exchange so I left without getting anything resolved, which is unfortunate. I will be calling customer service as well. We've been in a snowstorm. The roads are not in great condition, so refusing to assist a customer just because they're at a different store doesn't make sense
