This one is clean, well organized and well maintained. Compared to the ones in Owasso and Tulsa, this one had an almost 'upscale' vibe to it. Can't believe I actually said that, but it's true. People were friendly, shelves were well stocked with everything. It looked like a model store or something. If Tulsa Walmarts were like this one, I might actually not mind going more often.

I just ignored him and called Walmart.com where my concern will NEVER be addressed and the management team will never call me. You have to have a subscription of some kind. Nowhere in the packaging or anything does it say a word about that. You can have a subscription where they can monitor your cameras and what not and send help if you need it in that sort of thing but you don't have to. My husband put in the order with the automated system last weekend. The Rx was expired and they…read moreneeded to call in for refills. This is a medication that is taken daily and ongoing, so that is not an unusual issue. The store never followed up with him to tell him the order was ready, but the last several times, they haven't, so after 1 week, he went to pick it up. When he got to the pharmacy, the Rx refill was shown as put into the system, but nothing was done after that. He was told he would need to wait another 3-4 days before it'll be ready since they haven't called in for the refill permission. I am outraged by this poor performance of this team. My husband will now have to go without his medication though it is no fault of his own.

Almost every time I went to go down an isle there was a Walmart Personal Shopper for the online orders picking stuff up with their oversized carts. I went by their online pickup area where they bring your stuff and there was a literal Army of them with filled carts waiting to be processed and picked up. I think there were more of them than actual customers in the store ! This was on a Monday , I would hate to see how busy this store is on the weekend. That being said , I won't be stopping in this Walmart again. I will stick with Mustang or Yukon. The place was well stocked and clean , but it was just chaos. There were also several employees stocking shelves which should be done at night or early in the morning not in the middle of the day with customers trying to shop. I was in the soda aisle when the water guy came with a pallet and I had to go to the next aisle to get what I wanted because I couldn't get through the aisle to the other side. I'm sure they also have to continue stocking throughout the day with all the online orders going out , but still the major amount needs to be done when the store is not full of customers. The parking lot was clean and large for lots of customers. I did see Security patrolling the lot and didn't see any vagrants around. Access in and out of the parking lot was also good. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. They're rude, they are condescending, they smirk, they…read moresee you coming and the faces begin. They never get anything right. They'll say it's too soon even after 5 days over. I've been going there 20 years. My dad needed meds before he died and mom does too and so do I. Dealing with this pharmacy gives me anxiety like you wouldn't believe. I literally practice calming behaviors before going there. They don't always work. Other pharmacy's at least respect your face and look at you and smile. This place acts like they're doing you a favor. Who the heck do they think they are? They need to be helpful, willing, smile, and be kind. But nope. I can name every single person who works there and the last rude interaction I had with each person.
