So Walmart has this little doorbell camera that's an absolute POS. The video quality is pretty good but the thing that really made it junk is when I tried to go back and review the video from my porch I couldn't do it! You have to have a subscription of some kind. Nowhere in the packaging or anything does it say a word about that. I have the EUFY brand cameras and a few other products from that company and they are awesome and you don't need any sort of subscription to make it work, it just does. You can have a subscription where they can monitor your cameras and what not and send help if you need it in that sort of thing but you don't have to. As soon as I realized that it was a POS I started looking around, trying to figure out what the deal was, and I should've known, it's some sort of cheap Chinese crap. Bummer. I bought 2 new tires on Walmart.com and had this Tire Center install them. It took 2 1/2 hours and when I got into the sunlight, I saw the tires were dirty and worn. I immediately called the Manager who told me Walmart's insurance will not allow them to sell used tires. I then called and left messages for the overall Super Center Manager all week. Saturday I was told they actually have no Manager! I also noticed the day after my install that my car had been driven an additional 120 miles from when I brought it in. So their Tech took my convertible on a joyride while I waited in their lobby! So now I am stuck with high mileage on my vehicle, extra wear and tear and 2 used tires. This is all extremely unethical and unacceptable. I've been calling their headquarters in Arkansas trying to get some resolution. Do not entrust your vehicle to this store!! read more

I expressed how my experience was and she laughed in my face saying she can't buy my water which I never asked her to. Scientific floor design for consumer convenience and maximizes profit. Walmart are leaders in minimizing costs of operation which are passed down to the consumer. My neighborhood go-to "Supercenter" for things I am not sure where I need to go. The crazy part is 99% of the time Walmart Supercenter has it or at least an alternative. Sometimes the pickup at this store is excellent. Then other times like today, 6/13/22, you get there & THERE ISN'T ANYONE THERE. I sat and watched the pickup door for 15 minutes. Nobody ever came out. Parking lot is not safe day or night. I've had my car, just a plain Toyota, vandalized twice in broad daylight. Walmart is not entirely at fault. I find that Walmart Markets or Walmart Super Stores historically discriminate against individuals with disabilities. While checking out an employee stop by the register I was at. She interrupted and started having a conversation about the cashier's sneakers. Then all my groceries were not put in my cart. I called the location the same night and was told to return to the store the next day. While speaking with several Walmart employees at the customer service desk and an assistant manager. All of them continuously said, "the customer left her groceries." I continued to tell each Walmart employee they had ableism and attempted to have co-worker solidarity. When their co-workers/employee was not doing her job while on company time. The cashier stopped ringing up my items to have a conversation with another employee about her sneakers. About two weeks later I needed to return an item. I asked the employee, Billy if he could scan my credit card and put the money back on the card. He started telling me Walmart's return policy. The return has to go back on the card the item was purchased with or a store gift card. I told him I was tired of Walmart discriminating against dIsabled individuals. I walk with a cane. I told Billy, when I approached the counter I plainly asked if he could scan credit card and put the money back on the card. Moreover the item was purchased with a credit card as I clearly said when I approached the counter. There is not option to get a CASH refund when the item was purchased with a CREDIT CARD. I asked to speak to a manager, Shawn came over and was very rude and arrogant. He was just as clueless as Billy. Billy scanned my credit card because Shawn was too lazy to assist. Then Billy said, "our system has no purchase history on this credit card for the last 90 days." I left the store with the item. The item had been changed to a lower price. I went back to the same location however called a head a few days later. I spoke with an alleged manager name Erin. She just made excuses for Walmart's computer system. I went to the store with the original receipt and received my refund. This is not only discrimination but a type of fraud that Walmart is doing. Those receipts fade very quickly. I had one print out and it looked like I had the receipt for six months. I went to the customer service desk. Then I was told a manager has to come to the front just to re-print a receipt. read more

I bought a tablet around 9 PM. By the time I open the tablet after getting settled down at home. I opened the box and it was used. It was dirty. The screen had fingerprints on it. Not only was it dead, but it didn't come with a charger. I need it for class tomorrow. Guest services should not close until the store closes. I came back at 10 something and was told I couldn't switch it out because guest services closed at nine. So it was good enough to sell me a used tablet whenever at full price. But it's not a good time to return it or trade it in whenever. read more

Pros: I have been using the grocery store pick up service here for several months now, I LOVE it. This service has truly simplified our lives. My husband and I order from our computers or phones. Sometimes, they have same day times; but most times, we get it the next day. Which is completely fine. They always have our stuff ready, service is absolutely wonderful, and they accept credit cards. This is also where I come for pharmacy services. Drive through never has any lines. Cons: Can't use coupons or cash with grocery store pick up service. I have to admit that prior to initiating grocery store pick up services here, I did my best to avoid this location. Just always felt more crowded, busy, hectic than other locations (which is saying a lot since most Walmarts have that feel). read more

I guess if i had to think of something it was be that this location is convenient to where we live...lord that's a pathetic reason to give it 2 stars but gas is going up higher so 2 stars it will be. The cashiers never seem happy...actually thinking about it , i haven't encountered 1 nice & helpful employee. When you need a Wal-Mart that is not a "neighborhood market," this is the one I recommend. We live on Brookside. This leave us with little options if we are looking for specific things that only Wal-Mart can offer such as cat ears for Halloween that my daughter saw at the Owasso one and decided not to get then but "needs them for her trip." Overall, the store is clean and well stocked. It seems pretty safe and normally has plenty of registers open. This one is convenient for a quick snack or drink before conquering the mall! I am not sure why I cannot give Wal-Mart five stars... I just cannot. read more

They usually have a good selection of merchandise and it is usually pretty organized. When I lived out that way, I did my grocery shopping there. This is about as solid a supercenter as you're going to find. It sits behind a Bank of America and just off of one of the busiest intersections in Tulsa. The selection here of course is crazy, it is Walmart afterall. The staff of course are hit and miss on friendliness and the store is always mostly clean. Given how busy the store is there always a diverse and large crowd. They recently remodeled the produce section and If nothing else it looks nice. read more

I went to the tire center for an oil change. After patiently waiting two hours in the waiting area, I went outside to looking in the garage to find my car in the garage with the hood open so I go back thinking they working on it. I waited another hour before I decided to ask what is going on? They responded that they can't open the motor oil tank. It took 3 hours before they could tell me that they couldn't change my motor oil. Even if it was busy for those first two hours, my car was in the garage with the hood open for another full hour without someone being able to tell me thanks for waiting but we can't change your motor oil. I think after you realize you can't open the motor oil tank that it takes a couple of seconds to tell the owner instead of 3 hours and having me question them after waiting that long. As for why did I wait 3 hours to begin with, they kept reassuring me that my car would be worked on if I waited and I could check the status with my receipt on the scanner. It would be nice to know the moment you realize that you can't change my motor oil instead of letting me think for 3 hours you can. read more

I don't like being accosted in the parking lot over a car taking spot. I was threatened in front of her two children as well. Her children were laughing at me after she cursed me out in public. I am still not for sure what I did as I was driving in my car through the parking lot. She ran up to my car and I was trying to make a right turn. She parked on the left side of the parking lot. She harassed me as I was walking in. I notified a manager and the manager almost got ran over by her brand new black dodge bought on 12/26/16. This is the closest grocery store to me, so I return for convenience of location and value pricing. It consistently is out of stock on many items, the lines are usually very long because of the lack of ample checkout personnel on staff, but they do offer very competitive pricing on most items. Walmart is incredibly unreliable and their customer service is terribly poor. Just don't go here. Period. Last time I tried to purchase a Visa Gift card, the cashier (who spent more time talking with her friend than ringing up items), threw an item in my bag and asked how much I wanted on it. I put $100 on the card. When I got home, I, first, realized she never gave me a receipt. Secondly, she gave me the wrong card! The woman put $100 on a Wal-Mart gift card instead of a Visa gift card. Now they won't do any exchanges or returns, neither can I use my gift card to purchase the correct item. No one will help me because I wasn't given a receipt, while, in the past, employees simply looked up the purchase by scanning my I.D. This is definitely my preferred Walmart Supercenter within the area. I'm here at least once a week. It's a Walmart - so all the normal pros and cons apply. You want great prices and huge selection? Be prepared to deal with possibly underpaid and apathetic workers. That being said, most of the employees I encounter here are helpful and friendly (or at least apathetic), I don't think I've had a "rude" employee here ever. I prefer self-checkouts, and like their new pickup system (when it works). If I had a complaint it would be the sometimes long lines for return at customer service and it seems like at least once a month something I need is out of stock (usually the Walmart branded staples, e.g: toiletries, type of ziploc, etc). She was well spoken, incredibly professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me happy. Her customer service skills are impeccable. This is one of the biggest Walmarts in Tulsa and I have been shopping here for years and have even worked here at one point. The store itself is great as far as having a larger selection than the Walmart in Broken Arrow, but I'm not giving it a great rating bc I noticed almost all of the registers had been replaced with self checkouts. There's a few still that have human beings working them but not many. I have a problem with this for two reasons.....those machines likely put a lot of cashiers out of a job and if I buy groceries, I don't want to scan all that myself. It takes too long and there's often issues that require assistance from the one cashier watching over them. They also added a "pick up" waiting area for those who bought their stuff in advance online. Very convenient, but my question is...how much convenience is too much? read more

Not my favorite location. I don't do a lot of shopping on South Memorial. If I lived in the area, maybe I would attempt to come here more often. The set up is about the same as any other Walmart. Usually overcrowded, unmotivated employees, etc. But the one thing that keeps people here are the cheap prices. So don't expect a better shopping experience than any other Walmart here, just a bit more traffic to deal with. read more
