My first time coming to this location. The store is large , clean , and very busy. This is one of the busiest Walmarts I think I've ever been to. Almost every time I went to go down an isle there was a Walmart Personal Shopper for the online orders picking stuff up with their oversized carts. I went by their online pickup area where they bring your stuff and there was a literal Army of them with filled carts waiting to be processed and picked up. I think there were more of them than actual customers in the store ! This was on a Monday , I would hate to see how busy this store is on the weekend. That being said , I won't be stopping in this Walmart again. I will stick with Mustang or Yukon. The place was well stocked and clean , but it was just chaos. There were also several employees stocking shelves which should be done at night or early in the morning not in the middle of the day with customers trying to shop. I was in the soda aisle when the water guy came with a pallet and I had to go to the next aisle to get what I wanted because I couldn't get through the aisle to the other side. I'm sure they also have to continue stocking throughout the day with all the online orders going out , but still the major amount needs to be done when the store is not full of customers. The parking lot was clean and large for lots of customers. I did see Security patrolling the lot and didn't see any vagrants around. Access in and out of the parking lot was also good. I did buy a few items I need and some food items , but as I said the online customers can have this store. I won't return to this location. read more

To shop sanely at Walmart you need to go very early in the morning. there's actually no people in the store except for the workers they have already stocked up all the produce, which is excellent and that's why I came in for produce.. just happened to buy a Angus prime rib roast with bone in and an excellent price shopping at Walmart early in the morning is excellent!! Occasionally, a certain clerk that was supposed to be "assisting" customers would walk up next to me, INSISITING that I filled out the "stars" on the screen after doing the self-check-out. I won't do it because I AM THE ONE doing the work of checking out and bagging. Placed an order for delivery. Scheduled to be delivered 8:00-9:00 pm. Then get a message it will be delayed expected less then 2 hours from original time. I have to get up early in the morning and it is now 11:40 pm and it still has not been delivered. The store closes at 11:00!!! It's now after midnight nothing from store. First let me preface this by saying we are in NO way shape or form BLAMING Walmart for what happened. We just don't feel that they tried to do anything to help our situation. Tonight, we got the new COD COLD WAR and a 1 year subscription for PS. Long story short, we accidentally left it in the cart outside. When we realized what happened, we called. Nothing had been turned in. We drove back to see if it was still there - NOTHING. My issue is not with Walmart. It's our fault we left it in the cart. My issue is to the manager who ASSUMED we wanted our money back. The associate called her up there to see what she needed to do. When we told her what happened, the MOD told the associate to look in the office just in case -again, NOTHING That's okay. We get that. The kind of "service" we didn't get as much as Walmart will preach it is no one bothered to take our information down JUST in case someone found it/it turned up. Working in an industry with customer service, I felt it was the least they could do. It is what it is. It's the holiday season. We were offended that even thought we wanted fund or a replacement. Every year people get so upset when the fair leaves town. I guess they forget that Walmart exists year round. "Games, interesting food, meandering, and the best people watching this side of I-40, Walmart." This was a drop in and get out as fast as humanly possible experience for me. I'm a Target Boi through and through but I needed a ham for Thanksgiving and figured Wally's would be a better bet. I got a premade pizza (bad) a ham (haven't eaten yet) and diapers (not for me, won't try). I also forgot to pick up something that my wife asked me to get #HusbandsAmIRight I used the self checkout which was nice but the camera wasn't working so I couldn't make silly faces at myself. I didn't bag any of my items and I could tell that the grandmother from Little Red Riding Hood who was guarding the door wanted to check my receipt but didn't have the energy to get up from her walker. I've been doing my shopping at Crest for the past few weeks. The reason is that I don't work for Walmart, and I don't want to. Eric is the store manager of this Walmart, at least that's what a store coach told me by the name of Gary. Eric refuses to deal with customers in the store or by phone, he will not call me back, it's been a week tomorrow. The store is poorly ran because the employees treat the customers horribly in person and on the phone, if you ask their name on the phone they hang up on you, that's if you're lucky and they answer. I've called 3 days in a row and each of the at least 15 calls the operator picks up the phone and hangs it up. When I try to place a complaint on the 800 number they are just as rude. I was at the deli at the Walmart Supercenter on NW Expressway. There was a lady ahead of me. The person in the deli waited on her then disappeared into the back. There were 2 men there that were cooking. They were very aware of me and the young man behind me. I finally asked one of the men if he would ask the lady who went into the back to come out and help us. His response was what do you want. I told him, and he went back to coating the chicken wings first. Then....on to the checkout. I HATE self checkout, but the store was busy and only 2 people with few groceries in line ahead of me. The young man in front of me was having trouble. Instead of just helping, the associate made a big deal of the fact that the fruit wasn't weighed properly. I watched him try to do it right. Then, he tried to pay cash, to be TOLD that the register was card only. Neither of us saw a sign to that effect. Luckily he did have a card. I am so thankful, that my back was hurting, and I only had a few items. Won't be going back there to get other items. Hi there... My name is Jeff, and... I'm a recovering Walmart shopper. I'm happy to say that it's been more than 40 days since my last Walmart purchase. The desire to change, to stop making Walmart my first stop came from the realization that I was actually dreading the prospect of stepping into the warehouse where dreams and decency go to die. The days where shopping at Walmart was a simple process is... well, it's a thing of the past. In recent years, it had become an ever increasing chore that went something like this: Step 1: Try to find parking in the same zip code Step 2: Deal with the Walmart rabble on the way in Step 3: Wander the aisles trying to find the one and only item I need, but I don't know where it is, and neither do the employees apparently Step 4: Deal with more of the rabble while searching for the item Step 5: Get in line at one of three checkout registers (out of 40) that's ever open Step 6: Deal with even more of the rabble on the way out My 5 minute quick shop-stop would turn into 30 minutes. Every time. So I decided that I wanted no more of it. It's been a surprisingly easy process to cut Walmart out of my life. I've discovered that Walmart is rarely if ever the cheapest option any more. More often than not, there was a lot of signage trickery to make me think that something was a good deal when it really wasn't. But as I began to frequent other stores in the area (Crest, Buy For Less, Aldi, Sprouts, Homeland, Dollar General, etc.) in a purposeful manner, I discovered that not only am I able to get better stuff, but I can almost always get it for cheaper. Sure, now my shopping requires more time, foresight, planning, and driving, but in exchange, there are some benefits: Benefit 1: I save some money. Yay! More money to spend on the important things. Like cake. Benefit 2: I no longer stand in line for ages. Benefit 3: www.PeopleofWalmart.com. Now the only time I have to run into them is when I'm at the State Fair. Next step is to stop going to the State Fair. Benefit 4: I'm no longer supporting this atrocious company that cares about me as much as they care about their own employees (hint: they don't care about their own employees). My son purchased a battery from this Wal-Mart on 8/22/2022. The battery failed on him 4/8/2023 (Saturday). I went with him to the Automotive center to try and get a replacement, since it was still under warranty. They hooked the battery up and advised it will take 10 mins to check. I checked it previously and it was at 6.8v. Alternator was kicking out 14.4 to 14.5v, which means the alternator was good. After they tested it they said it was good and that they could not exchange a "good battery." I advised them the battery was not good and that a "quick charge" does not make the battery good and that it will fail again soon. Took it to my car, tested with voltmeter and it was then reading 12.4v. Funny! Took it home, installed it, and the car fired up. I told my son I know I'm right and not to go far. When attempting to go to work on (4/11/2023) Tuesday, the battery failed again. I took the battery back up to Wal-Mart and they tested it again. They claimed it will take 30 mins to test this time. I already knew they're answer. After doing some shopping I came back to be told the battery is "good." I told the tech I was going to keep the original battery and I was just going to purchase another one so my son would be able to get to work. I've heard of people stating Wal-Mart does not honor battery warranties. In the past, I never had an issue. However, be careful on Wal-Mart's battery warranty. Hopefully no one else will have an issue. The only reason I'm okay with giving one star is because they actually had a battery in stock that fit so he is no longer down. read more

Dirty store, poor selection, mediocre prices. I came here for a few simple items. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the floor was a mess. We're not talking about dirt getting tracked in by shoes, but grime and grunge all over the floor, everywhere. Selection was poor. Numerous gaps on the shelves from missing items. I thought produce might be better, but the prices were higher than at other stores in the area, including another OKC Wal*Mart. The store seemed very cluttered and disorganized too. Finally at 745 I went and found an employee and was told the oil change would not be opening as employee had reported off work Walmart never thought to send anyone out to inform the 4 customers in line, they just left us setting. Would 1,000% give 0 stars if I could. This store is the WORST when it comes to delivery/pickup orders. Kiss your reservation time goodbye and prepare for another way to get your groceries. Every time I place an order with this location I get a text at pick up time telling me my order has been delayed or canceled. When I call the store to ask if the order will be ready or if I need to cancel they either let the phone ring or they pick up and immediately hang up. When I call Walmart customer service they are no help as well. We are done shopping at this store and probably Walmarts in general. Will be going to target for my 2hr ready pick up orders from now! Just thought I'd let you know that this Wal-Mart is not closed. I was shopping there last night (03-21-10). Edit: Someone asked why I rated it so low if all I was going to do was post the fact that the store was, indeed, still open. I had previously given it a 1 star rating, but I have reconsidered. My reason for my rating is this, however: Wal-Mart is not a very nice place in which to shop. They usually never have what I need and when I do find what I need, it's usually of an inferior quality and falls apart faster than it should. This Wal-Mart was no exception in that regard. The only thing it had going for it was that the people at its Customer Service Desk were friendly when I was returning the merchandise I had bought. I am in the customer service field so I'm embarrassed to write this negative review about a manager here. The stores website says that they close at 8:30. I was there at 8:24 to get my dog food after my full day of work and there was a man standing out front telling people were closed. I asked him politely what time they close and he said I know what time it is and that they have to get everyone out by 8:30. I could have grabbed my dog food and been out in 5 minutes. I've done it before. The reason it's so embarrassing is that when guests come to where I work 1 minute before we close we treat them like paying customers and allow them to get what they came for. This was the last time I will go to Walmart. My dog is 10 weeks old and everything for him and General items for the house on Amazon. They are happy to have our business. The worst part was when I walked off the auto manager named Ronnie made sure I knew how to spell his name correctly. That's not manager material in my opinion. I understand that covid 19 happened and they have to close early but they need to know that customers have a choice where to spend our hard earned money and not get treated this way. I expect an email from the gm before I spend one penny there. There was a young dark haired lady working the grocery pickup area at around 11:30am on September 10th. 2018. She completely ignore our car for 35 minutes while serving those who arrived much later than us. When we eventually flagged her down and inquired about our order her reply was "you need to calm down" and continued to ignore us. Our inquiry was not remotely hostile and did not deserve such a retort. We easily spend over a hundred dollars a week there but will be taking it business elsewhere. I have no delusions that it didn't amount to much but I sincerely hope that this review find its way to Walmart leadership. I think they'd be very interested in talking to this young lady. read more

(Even though I had it done a month ago) One of the managers was very rude and didn't even apologize that they couldn't help. I had to just leave my stuff and tell my manager I couldn't get the items.
