This feels like a company using a deceptive business practice and refusing to take responsibility for slipping damaged items into a customer's purchase and then acting like it's the customer's problem. Wish they would have separated these out so there weren't two coupons both expiring in November. The one thing I came for (protein bars) they had a very limited stock. That is one challenge with Ollie's because merchandise is constantly changing and is different from location to location. If they would cleanup the merchandise and remove the pallets the rating would go from 3 to 4 or 5. Checkout was quick and efficient. The register operator was nice.

I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

They have basically Amazon returns in various bins and prices posted. There are also special deals on pricing depending on the day of the week. We found items in the $2 bins for products we use and pay way more for when we order on Amazon. So I did grab those given the discount. The other bins are just hard to explore. Things are in shipping boxes or brown boxes without clear packaging on what the item is. They do have the Amazon sticker so you could scan that to find out but it's going to take time.
