We were also told fresh not frozen kielbasa could be purchased very infrequently only on days it arrived because otherwise they freeze it now. We went today expecting the normal wrap-around block waiting in line for hours to get all the fresh Polish food for Christmas. Well, we did wait in line for a good amount of time but not due to the normal long line but rather because we were told the business was supposed to open at 9:30 am today and another person in line said when she called she was told the business would open at 9 am today. So imagine our surprise when standing outside with temps in the teens finding out eventually the business was not opening until 10 am! We were surprised even more to find there was no fresh kielbasa available at the Christmas season...only frozen! The festive atmosphere and Polish chatter was also missing. The place was not hopping as in years past, so I guess many of the customers had already gotten the memo how much things sadly had changed here.

I go in with the claims department on the phone to customer service when I told them I have the claims department on the phone and was told to talk to customer service about the report the employees left like cockroaches exposed to light. I was arguing with the guy on the phone about how they all left. He didnt believe me so I moved next to the registers so customers and employees can here on speaker phone. This was the only way I actually got a supervisor. They filled out the report 50 minutes after going into the store. To file. Today I get a call from Walmart I reviewed my dash cam and explained a customer pushed the cart into my car because he was arguing with the cart attendant refused to take the cart, at least that's how the body language between them looked. So theystated it does not be covered because a customer did it. What a joke I should just sue but the damage is not enough to make it worth sueong. Was a big Walmart fan till now. They also went through the trouble of finding 10 pocket watches that were within our price range for us to choose from for our 6 groomsmen gifts. She asked what the girls dress color and style was and even found us gifts for them. They make quite a bit of their own jewelry too. I was really happy with how we were treated and the quality of the products.
