First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.

A big fat grey haired lady and a big fat dark haired lady (front end manager) had their name tags flipped over (Typical behavior). They called an actual manager Matt who said used items can't be returned because they aren't in "good condition". Online it says I can return any item that I am not satisfied with. Dear Walmart, please explain your return policy so it makes sense. I know several people who feel the same way about her. Personally I will not go to WINN Dixie for groceries and especially not to the pharmacy. I was also told that the plexi glass is for the cashiers protection but that my food she handles doesn't have to be protected from the cashier. I was also told that the Deli,Bakery and Seafood Departments that handle open food do not have to wear a mask because it is not part of the Governor's mandate. They said that it's the employee's choice to wear gloves and or masks, but they cannot afford them, especially based on the shortage, they do not want to take away from medical personnel. While they can have good prices here, it is also true that you get what you pay for. I must admit that I far prefer Publix to this supermarket. The service here is friendly and as I have said, there are some decent deals to be had here. This is a supermarket worth checking out, however, do not expect to be overwhelmed and amazed at the selection. All in all, I will give this location of Save a Lot supermarket a review rating of three stars. While not great, it is also not terrible. The kind way to describe this Save a Lot woukd be to call it "middle of the road." I guess unless kind way to describe it would be to call it mediocre. Either way, this is neither great nor terrible.
