Not sure what it looked like before, but it's great. I love stores like this and I hope that it will continue to thrive here in Springfield.

The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.

Those ARE worth the asking price for sure. AS for cd's, I have had better experiences, but prices are in the $2-4 range, which is, depending on what you find, expensive. If you look at it another way, you'll do worse on e-bay, but I like those places that sell media in the $1-3 range for cd's, dvd's, blu-rays, etc. Bottom line: Red Racks is certainly an interesting place, but can be a frustrating experience as well.
