After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.
