It is definitely a large size store and they utilize the space well. They carry electronics, home goods, housewares, kitchen items, outdoor items, furniture, mattresses, gardening items, toiletries, clothing, electronics, and pantry items. The deals are pretty good, and sometimes they have things on clearance (watch for food items, since the dates are either close to the sell by dates or even past the sell by dates). I mean, I wasn't really in the market for specific items, but we found a meat probe for a good price, and actually some snacks too. It's too bad that I didn't live closer because they had patio furniture for sale at this one, and it would've definitely been worth the drive! The food aisles were plentiful (not like a different location that was mostly slim pickings). They do change out their inventory regularly, since this is a close out type of store. It was pretty clean and organized too! And from what I saw, service was pretty top notch--a few of us were looking for advertised deals and the staff (register people) hopped off and assisted with all of our questions and walked us over to the areas we needed to go to. If I'm ever in the area again, I plan to make a special trip out to this store!

Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. What you get is a neatly stacked store with items that seem to vary depending upon what they get at any given time. Buy when you see it or possibly lose out. Is some of it outdated? You betcha. However, there is a catch with those manufacturer dates - they are made up. I recently discovered there are very little federal or state regulations concerning those dates; however, manufacturers know you'll ditch something out of fear even if the can or product still looks good. Today I found RC sugar-free cola, 12 pack cans, for $2. In case you're wondering, Walmart has them on "sale" for $5.88. Tastes the same but now I can get 36 cans instead of 12. And how about the Clorox misting spray refill at $1? It sells for $6.78 at Walmart. Now I can get nearly 7 for the price of 1. This list goes on. Since I buy only those items in cans or sealed bottles, I can't comment on the meats, bagged crackers and bread; however, if you consume those perishable items quickly you should be okay. In fact, I have a friend who buys his meats here and cooks them on the grill the same day. He loves the place for the cheap pricing. Staff is attentive and friendly, an oddity given the low bucks nature of the store, but don't let the looks of the store bother you. Like I stated, if you're a neat freak, go elsewhere. NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.
