It is a large store, and I have had some issues with product, but customer service has always been able to fix the issue. Everyone makes mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it without feeling they've done something on purpose. You will find that your kindness and respect will get you the help those employees wish to give you. If you have a problem, ask for the store manager and don't yell at the employee. The majority of their employees se are hardworking people that have to deal with multiple customer personality types, managers, and situations (including being yelled at for things they cannot control) that we might find difficult to handle.
