But, they're open before the restaurants and they've got a pretty decent coffee selection, always hot and for cheap...our 2 cups for like $2.50, can't argue with that.

Supermarkets in OR can sell beer, wine and hard cider but not liquor so at McIsaac's, it's truly one stop shopping! Lots of local ingredients. Meats from local farms, local cheese and produce. Even Mexican staples like tortillas, tamales, masa and chips from Juanitas. In the meats, deli and bread areas, there were lots of sparse shelves so merchandise moves quickly. Prices are definitely higher but for the convenience, it's totally worth it. Located just west of Apple Valley BBQ, next to the hardware store, they are open 7 days a week. Not to mention they basically have a full liquor store, and great deals on the little mini-shooters that I like to use for stocking-stuffers during the holidays. Also bought some lactose free milk had expiration date of a week from purchase. Usually its month out. Also they charge more since its far out.

I wonder if this problem has existed for another business with a similar building in the history of the World? Maybe look into their solution! Using a phone hotspot is also a non-starter, as the cell reception there is also terrible. Not Fred Meyer's fault, just adding awareness.

Sandy is about 17 miles away. Fred Meyer had an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables, meats, etc., at price points that were in line with what we expected to pay. Some specials, as advertised through their weekly circular, were bargains. We found everything that was on our shopping list, and much more. We saved about $20 on a $100 order by using their loyalty card, but lost a few bucks by not having their app on our phones for digital specials. Parking was plentiful and free. Staff (in the self check-out) was helpful. There's a Fred Meyer gas station adjacent to the main store which was convenient. Items scanned at their correct prices (though see note below about digital savings). The store was well-organized and clean. One point off in my rating for two reasons. (1) we had some issues with the self check-out register that required staff to come over to our station multiple times -- which was annoying. It turns out that the register was getting confused by having two people at the register. My husband was scanning, while I bagged. (2) we didn't get the "sale" price that was on the label in front of a few items on display. It turned out that you need not only a loyalty card but you also need to add digital coupons via the Fred Meyer app. Too many hoops to jump through to get the best prices.

For the third time in 6 months I've got me that was either questionable or straight out at the end…read moreof its edible life, I just bought some sweet sausage and some pork ribs from timberline, brought them home and they smelled extremely questionable but I thought well maybe that's just the marinade for the short ribs and the sausage well you know maybe there is high fat content cook them up , ate one rib could tell right away the meat was bad through them out and proceeded to get so sick I had to sit on the toilet the rest of the night fast forward to yesterday pulled the sausage out of the freezer thought it out and fried it up for pizza topping same thing, this is the third time this year I will absolutely not shop at Timberline Meats anymore .

The information about the different ranches and farms is in their website and on signs in the store. They are also happy to talk with you about them. The store is charming and welcoming. Be aware that parking is tricky. There's a bus stop directly in front of the store and there's only one spot in their parking lat and it's only for vehicles needing wheelchair accessibly. The only place to park in front is on the curb just before the store.
