I bought a fishing rod for 139.99.(Okuma Guide Select) When I got home, I saw one of the eyes were missing on the rod. I returned it to the store on Monday April 20th. (930 am) There was an old GRUMPY lady at the customer service desk. who was extremely RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!. She accused me of keeping the reel that she thought came with the rod. I told her there was no reel that came with the rod. She did not believe me and went to talk to her coworkers. When she came back, she asked me again where the reel was. I told her again the rod did not come with a reel. She instantly went into BITCH mode. She was very abrasive and EXTREMLY RUDE. I am a 60-year-old man that has shopped with Bi-mart for years. I have never stolen anything in my life. She made me feel like I was a criminal. This OLD GRUMPY LADY does not belong in Customer Service. I am now considering shopping at Fisherman's Marine instead of Bi-Mart. read more

So I took a pic of the sale sign to show manager and this bald glasses wearing idiot [guy) tells me I'm reading it wrong when it clearly shows the lounge pants(leggings) as 50% off at the end of the isle. So he thinks leggings are not lounge pants an there are NO other pants there labeled "lounge". See Pic. He also said the sign is a generic one. Sheesh. Then he talks to me like crap so I returned the favor. THEN, we told them we wanted a recliner so some worker(kid), takes off an we don't see him again. Needless to say, we left. Went into bi-mart to get some potting soil I saw they had giant bags outside. With no sign outside for pricing or saying not to bring the soil in for check out I decided to do what any normal person would do bring it in to have it rang up. My cashier told me the bar code must be on the other side ( the side against my shirt ) so I sat the bag on the counter and turned it around. A cashier who was wearing a tie dye t shirt immediately ran over and scolded me like I was a 5 year old child for bringing in the potting soil and setting it on the counter. He yelled at me at told me there was no reason to bring it in. Again with no sign posted outside who is to know also the cashier who rang me out had me flip the bag over so he could scan the bar code on the bag. That cashier was extremely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe post a sign outside saying no need to bring the soil in so your cashier isn't such a ignorant arrogant pig. read more

For some reason most of the employees are always rude. There's one or two who are warm but the rest make me not want to shop there. I've had issues with being charged instead of refunded, but they were quick to catch it and called me up to come back, so that was nice. read more

The last 2 times I have shopped at the Sandy Oregon BiMart I have had the pleasure of having Liz as my checkout clerk. She is always so friendly and happy. Been shopping here since it opened. Sometimes it's hard to get help at the sporting goods counter. Aside from that, I've had mostly positive experiences with the staff and with the store in general. Bathrooms are clean. Ad items always in stock, in a big way, with huge displays from one side of the store to the other and just enough room for one-way traffic on either side. read more

The pharmacy staff at the Sandy Bimart is the best I have ever had the experience of working with. They have gone out of their way to work with me, my doctor and my insurance company to ensure I get the prescriptions I need in a timely manner and at the lowest cost possible. read more

I agree with Nichole M. in that the Sandy Bi-Mart's ammo dept. is its weak spot, but everybody else in the store is very attentive and friendly. The ladies in the pharmacy are the best around; they go above and beyond. I always check to see if Bi-Mart has what I'm looking for before I go somewhere else. I go here now and then, its a good place to get ammo and gun related supplies.. sometimes the deals are good. sometimes they arent. always good service though, although at times it takes a while to get someone to help me behind the gun counter. read more
