Some furniture stores weren't selling any furniture from their sales floor because of the pandemic. They were only taking orders. At West Bend Furniture & Design the furniture is beautiful. I didn't have to order anything. They had so many things to choose from. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. I picked out two chairs for my living room. After they were delivered I realized that one chair I selected didn't fit in with my other furniture in the room. West Bend Furniture & Design were so kind about it, when I called to ask if I could select something else and have it exchanged. I knew they had several other pieces that would work in the room. They delivered the replacement and made the exchange without an additional charge. My husband and I are thrilled with how our living room looks now. Thank you West Bend Furniture & Design.
