I went a couple of times over 3 weeks and the staff was kind, the laundromat was clean, the machines are in good shape. The dryers are especially powerful. The machines operate via quarters only. So bring your change or dollars as they have machines to get quarters. There's a couple of chairs in case you need to sit, parking in the front and back of the shopping center, and fans for ventilation. They also have additional services - to drop off your clothes/ items to be washed and dried and dry cleaning as well.

She provided key guidance on how to select a washer (small, medium, large) based on our load, how to purchase and fill a laundry card, and approximate drying time and capacity of the dryers. Customers Usually Leave Over Service, Not Price ! This was…read moremy fifth time bringing my weekly clothing there, averaging close to $200 per week time 52 weeks.The store was nearly empty. After politely allowing another customer with a simple pickup to go ahead of me, I carefully laid out my 19 pieces by category with all the existing Cool Clean stickers facing outward, specifically to simplify and speed up the process. About 85% of the items already had stickers that only needed to be scanned, meaning only a few pieces actually required new labels. A client having alterations done, his wife seating, and myself at the counter. I was then told it would take 30 to 45 minutes just to prepare an itemized receipt before payment. Meanwhile, instead of assisting me, the employee threw the clothes into a bag, undoing my easy preparation that I had laid on the counter to help him.... He began labeling instead, items from pink bins next to him, catching up with his delayed work in the bins, despite no waiting customers being present for their receipt. When I asked him why he was making me wait on person, he said there are a lot of people, which was crazy because there wasn't!!! The alteration lady even attempted to help smooth the situation saying he was helping her with the translation of the alterations, which he jumped on and said yes, I am. At that point, the issue no longer appeared to be workload, but simply an unwillingness to accommodate what I believe was a reasonable customer request. So I chose to take my business to Olaya Cleaners on Alton, where the same 19 pieces were accepted immediately, professionally, and with a smile and no labeling that takes forever. Customers generally do not leave over prices. They leave over service and attitude. I'll bring my smile, patience, politeness and smile somewhere it is appreciated.
